Purchased an expensive camera and service and product was great. I wondered how they could be so much cheaper than buying from local camera shop. What I do see is this is a Euro version. Battery says UK on it. Also some settings like video were set to PAL instead of NTSC. For the most part not an issue but I wonder about Sony warranty in Canada. I’ve never had an issue with any camera, phone, etc. so hopefully it was worth the savings. I take a star off as this was not clear to me but would have still made the purchase even if it was, just because of the savings.

I wish I could give 0 stars here! I ordered on January 18th, and according to their website, I should receive confirmation of my order by the next business day. I did not receive any confirmation of my order. I sent a message to them and asked them to give me an update. I told them that this order is very important to me because it is a birthday gift for my boyfriend, and I need to have it before Friday, Jan 26th. They accepted my request and assured me that I would have my order before Friday. On January 23rd, after I sent lots of messages, they answered me in the afternoon and told me the warehouse would send me an update soon. At 9 p.m., after I asked them about my package, they told me that the warehouse did not send it because they saw that the box was unsealed and they had to order another camera from Fuji! Again, after dozens of messages, they finally gave me a $100 discount on a new camera that they had in stock. I placed my order and asked them to use FedEx priority overnight (it shows that I thought they were in Canada!) to get my order on time. They mentioned that you may receive it on Friday or Monday. I was sure that if they sent my package on Wednesday by FedEx overnight, I would receive it on Friday. Do you know why? because I never knew that they had a warehouse in Hong Kong, and I always thought that they were in Canada! We had a long conversation about my order, and they never mentioned that because they knew if I knew that I would cancel it! On Wednesday, at midnight, I received a tracking number that showed the package was coming from Hong Kong! I reached out to them, and they told me they mentioned that on their website!
You cannot find anything in the shipping policy, but they are smart enough to put this crucial information in the FAQs!!! Even if a customer checks the FAQs, it shows "your order will come from either Hong Kong or Ottawa," so it is their responsibility to give the customer details! They simply blamed me for not reading all the information on their website! I canceled my order and have nothing as a gift for my boyfriend because of their irresponsibility and dishonesty! It is a big shame!

You didn’t do me a favor as clearly stated on your shipping policy in the website that you are offering Free Shipping and Priority Shipping Methods as Shipping Methods.
So please try to increase your service quality and honesty in your business rather than doing something out of box!!

Item took a little longer to arrive due to the winter storm, they were very responsive to my questions and concerns. My experience with Canada electronics was a 5 star experience, looking forward to purchasing more items from them in the future. And also the OnePlus open I purchased from them was a brand new sealed in the box so I am happy with my purchase.

I had some doubt before to realised my purchase but at the end everything was really good. An awesome and super responsive customer service. A brand new phone, in the sealed box. The shipment was pretty fast. Everything good !

Straight forward process, order updates, tracking with Canada Post, and well packaged. It was not the fastest, but I didn´t mind the wait (Dec 27-Jan 8)) given the very substantially lower price. This was my second purchase and chances are that it wasn't my last.

Well, to be honest, I made the purchase & was very skeptical, with the amount online scams, I had very little expectation, for a moment I thought it was a refurbished product but to my surprise it is an original Samsung S23 Ultra & it was well packaged, delivered on time at my door & I'm so happy for taking this leap of faith. I HIGHLY recommend buying from Canada Electronics INC, it is a legit company & my stunning phone was delivered in Montréal yesterday (01/08/2024).

Web chat stated inventory available to ship, but when I placed my order it scheduled a shipment 2 days later as apparently new supply was required.

Customer service team changed 2 day shipping to overnight shipping to make it possible for the camera to arrive before my scheduled ski trip.

Tracking numbers were provided so I could follow the shipment and be home for the receipt.

The company responded quickly to several email and was very receptive to my situation and paid for the expedited shipment.

Very impress when found a good deal when online shopping...

I thought, because of Christmas it would be a month before it would arrive. I got a fast confirmation and shipping. In a week it was here and I'm waiting to put it through its paces. Two weeks of rain so far. Let's hope for sunshine and snow!

The camera Sony RX 10 IV, looked new, I think it was an open box because of the very big fingerprint on the viewer and it looked repackaged without plastic bags.
However, I would have bought an open box at this price anytime. Shipping was quick also. I would buy it again because of the pricing.
But I wish they would been more honest about the open-box

Arrived on time !! And the nothing was broken, in fact the package was wrapped very well with bubble wrap. The camera is also very beautiful, can’t wait to take photos with his gem.

The company is really responsive when asking question by email. Product well packed to ensure no damage at the arrival. My only complaint is the cable for the charger is an European plug. The provide me a Canadian adaptor but it is not working. Why did I not received a Canadian compatible wire?
