Andrew was very supportive with purchasing some parts needed down the road. Canadian Bord Co. makes a great product, especially for a big person like me.

The raft has been in the water for 30 days and the deck surface looks to be faded and degrading already!!

Update: I am happy to update my review to 5 stars. Canadian Board Co. responded promptly, provided a prepaid return label, and is replacing my dock with a new upgraded model under warranty.
Excellent customer service and a company that stands behind its products. Thank you for making this right.

Although the project is good, and the communications is good. Delivery time on the chairs have left me without the use of my chairs.

Great quality, good looking gear. I dealt with the owner at the Vancouver Home Show. I judge guys by whether or not they do what they say they will do. He gets 100%. Everything as he said, when he said.

I ordered my dock and accessories in March and nearly three months later, still no product. There have been several delays so far and we were hoping to have the items in time for the opening of our cabin. As we head to the lake as soon as school finishes, we are going to have to continually monitor the delivery and return to the city if and when it does arrive. We have family visiting throughout the summer and it will be very disappointing if this is not set up and in use. We plan and spend our recreational dollars carefully each year and buying these items meant we did not fill the requirements in other ways. If it misses the lake season entirely we will be returning the product and asking for a refund.

Purchased the inflatable dock and truly enjoyed it last summer. the grandkids we constantly playing on it, but also many adults took their turn. It liberated the main dock for entertaining and provided a great accessory to enjoy the water. Well built and sturdy.

It was a pleasure to meet the Canadian Board Co family at the Vancouver boat show.

I purchased one of there 12ft Battle Cat inflatable boats.

The boat really sold itself amazing quality, this won’t be my only purchase with the Canadian Board Co, buy with confidence.

Added update April 26th 2026-

Inflating the boat was so easy with the Shark 2s rechargeable pump under 15 minutes.

The boat not only looks amazing but it is amazing lol

We had a load of complements at the marina and even took a coupe out for a blast , Heads up the team at Canadian Board Co they will be contacting you along with a coupe of others.

Took it out for the first time today I live in Vancouver and we did our first sea adventure to Deep Cove.

It was choppy out there the 12ft Battle Cat handle it without any issues, we cruised around 25 km we paired the boat with the Tohatsu 20hp short shaft EFI
Amazing outboard works very well with the Cat as it’s 94 lbs.

I will be uploading videos.

But have no doubt ,this boat is amazing and with the 20hp it’s quick.

Still ice on the lake so haven't been able to try out my board/dock but been very impressed with the communication from the company and the products look good. Looking forward to getting them on the water.

These boards are quality, real sturdy and built for real rec life in Canada. The freedom and independence these boards have provided my wife, kids and myself, is astounding. The fact we haven’t owned these boards sooner is crazy. Customer service was great I love how it’s a family owned business, Taz is a rock star and Jaeger clearly knows these boards inside & out. Inspiring. Much love from a happy customer and his family

I first heard of Canadian Board Co. when I was visiting my daughter in Kelowna, B.C. We went to a boat show and Jaegar was set up there. I really liked the floating dock and thought it would be great for our cabin in Saskatchewan. After getting home, I couldn't stop thinking about the dock. I ordered one and a pump. It came very quickly. We have used it up at the lake for a couple years now and love it. It's good quality, sturdy and so useful. Easy to pump up and take down. We leave ours on the lake from June to August or early September. It's great for the kids to play on, jump off of and lay on to catch some warm summer sun. We also slowly drag it out to deep water with several other boats/ neighbors and we float in the water around it and sit on the dock. Many afternoons were spent in this way. This year with the price of gas to run the boat, I see it being used in this way even more. My next purchases will be the floating chairs. Thanks Canadian Board Co., Jaegar and the rest of the crew.

Summer has never been better!! we have used these boards every day on the ocean all summer long for a couple years now! They hold up really well against the salt water and sun.
It pays to shop local, this company cares. I am so glad I purchased my boards here, the quality is amazing and so is the support <3

The were great. Shipped on time and is a perfect floating platform for the kids. Very responsive to questions and I’m confident that this will last.

Very positive experience with excellent customer services

I originally posted a 1 star review but after considering the owners kindness and explanation to my dislike of the timeline and shipping challenges, I have changed the rating to 3 star. I still haven't opened the package until this summer to see what type of product it is.

Package was received as promised. However, there was a bit of damage to the box. The “YACHT DOCK” inside was looked at and no damage evident. The gal who sold it to us at the Vancouver boat show was very friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to try this thing out! Cheers
