Thank you for your prompt service
Thank you for your prompt service. Not impressed with NZ Post they took no notice of the delivery instructions the package was left out in the letter box which the public had easy access to plus it was raining.Luckily no one stole it.Murray Wood

Excellent service over melted duds
The package must have been hot during transport and the 4x boxes of milk duds were unfortunately melted together. Sounds like it was likely a packaging issue from the supplier.
The customer service was impeccable, as this was rectified as soon as they become aware.
Will 100% be back for more goodies!

several packets past Used by Date and others with in week of used by date....all sweets have crystallised due to improper storage I suspect....never buy again
