Bought 2 pairs of their heated gloves
Bought 2 pairs of their heated gloves. They arrived OK but one pair had a missing component for the battery pack. Contacted support explaining the problem and included a picture of the defective component. Their support person got right back to me asking for a picture of the problem, resent the pic and never heard back again even after contacting them again. This place is a garbage company and would never purchase their junk again.

I only gave them one star because zero stars was not an option. I ordered heated socks that arrived late, damaged and non functional. I returned the socks, out of my own pocket, over a month ago, and now customer service won't reply.

Have been referred to and contacted 3 contacts in their different supply chain companies and get no response on replacing defective Telebud TV headphone set. Bought Telybuds. Took a long time to get here. Found out they ship from China. Instructions are in poor English. We have a 2 year old Samsung TV. They are not compatible with it.
Then find out you're dealing with Kelly - their AI customer service rep. Takes several exchanges to get a semi-helpful response (i.e. Sorry they won't work in your TV). They will reimburse you if you return them, but they won't pay for shipping which is over $100. Avoid them.

I used this company to purchase a waterproof Bluetooth speaker and did not receive the speaker I ordered. It was not even listed in their website. They responded to my email but gave me all kinds of excuses. Learned my lesson. DON’T USE THIS SITE. IT’S A SCAM!!!

I ordered an Arteriblu 1 blood pressure monitor from CaneMax Singapore. A few days later they canceled the order and refunded my money. Two weeks later, they re-charged me for the monitor and then never sent it.

I ordered an anti snore mouthpiece, from Canemax. It caused me a great deal of discomfort. I followed the directions, including a user guide that they sent to me to help me to fit the product to my mouth better. It didn’t work. When I insisted on a refund, basically it could only be returned/refunded if the package had not been opened and the product had not been used. Obviously that could never work as no one can return a product that was causing mouth pain if they hadn’t used it. The customer support seems to be helpful but not really as it can’t be returned. Terrible return/refund policy. Don’t waste your $.

I accidentally ordered a nail grinder from this Co.for my dogs.The reviews were awful,so I was pissed at myself for not doing my research.
The Dremel is SUPER FANTASTIC,I love it.Came when they said,no problems and is everything they said.My dogs are Vizslas and hard to dremel,but this was everything they said,quiet,fast and doesn't vibrate a lot.
It does not have a light, which I thought it did,but I might have been wrong.I want another with a light,if they have it.

Beware, DO NOT do business with this company and think you will be able to return items. They do not do this and you cannot reach anyone by phone nor do they respond to email. Terrible company! I would have given no stars if it let me.
I bought the WavxBuds Bone Conduction Headphones for swimming laps. I could not get the MP3 player to work at all. I finally got the Bluetooth to work, however the sound is muffled in the water and it cuts out for a second every 1 to 2 minutes. Does not work at all when swimming backstroke. Useless product.

As others have stated, this company is a scam. They won’t respond to emails and it would cost us to ship back the product. We’re stuck with a $119 headset that does not meet needs. NEVER buy from this scam outfit.

I ordered a bike camera but it wasn’t what I thought so I requested a return and have not heard back and I keep emailing them. Told me someone would get back to me but that’s bullshit. Now I’m out $$$ for something I can’t use. Don’t do business with them.
Wrong item delivered
I ordered a big zapper. They sent a magnifying glass. I informed them and they said they would “investigate”. Over a month has gone by, they took my money, nothing done except they referred my complaint to a company called “Customer Star” who does nothing but assign ticket numbers.

I would have given no stars if it let me. DO NOT do business with this company and think you will be able to return items. They do not do this and you cannot reach anyone by phone. This is a lie. Once I got the product and opened it up and read the care instructions the first thing it says is: Do not immerse buds in water. WTF?! So now I have 2 pair and cannot get my money back. They suck!

Buyer beware..ordered clear swim goggles and they sent me prescription (which took about two weeks btw). The company is in china and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. So now I have to ship these things back to china, which I’m sure is real cheap. Whole thing feels like a scam

I got the advertising about their AilyMur the AI translation Earbuds. When I received it was not an AI translate, it turn out you have to buy the app to get translated, and it not much different than google translated. I decide to email them to return. They don't have return process online. Each time I wait for the email back and fourth was several weeks. When they told me send the earbuds back to get my full refunded, it turn out I have to send over sea to China, and because it the earbuds, you can not send it by air. You have to send it by the special route through UPS it cost $200, more expense as getting another earbuds from US. They told me they will give me back $25 then I can keep the earbuds. While I bought for $270. Please watch out for those selling website it look good, but the product is not from US, or from company in US like Amazon. Make sure the website process return easily from the website.
