Esta marca es una estafa. Los compré hace más de 15 días y me cargaron el importe al instante pero no me han llegado. Intento contactar con la empresa y me devuelven el correo. Una estafa enorme, no caigáis en la trampa

The shoes (Earthtreks), were ideal for the Camino de Santiago trek. Total 915km across a whole range of terrains while carrying a 15kg pack. Not a single blister. It felt really good to feel the terrain underfoot, and I know my biomechanics received a flood of sensory impulses to rightly respond to every degree of unevenness on the trail. You can keep you lace up boogie boards. Not for me. These Earthtreks (or latest iteration) are the best.

I had an issue with the laces of my Canles Bearskins (purchased August 2025) tearing out of both shoes, and there is no way to re-attach them. I contacted Canles, and provided photos along with an explanation. They advised me they would be sending me a new pair at no cost, and I didn't have to send the old ones back. That was a week ago, and I haven't gotten a shipping confirmation yet, but I'm hoping they will arrive sooner than later. As long as they do arrive I would consider this excellent customer service!

I give Canles 5 stars for commitment to customers with quality service and prompt responses.
I received my orders as scheduled and received replacement promptly for the wrong size of shoes I ordered.
Looking forward to new releases of Canles shoes.

Canles provide very good after sale services and support. Their shoes are comfortable to wear. Would recommend this shoes to whoever is looking for a good pair of walking shoes.

Amazing quality and design. i many years buying shoes this one is the fantastic. Very comfortable and very perfect design for walking or running. The costumer service is fantastic, very polite and very professional people. I will continue with Canles, they are fantastic

I have never experienced such good customer service.

First off, the shoes are comfortable. The ModernistLook Glideo shoes look good only for a short while. What looks like a brown leather or brown rubber accent between the upper shoe and the sole is nothing more than a dye on the white rubber material of the sole. The color wears off in a couple months and the shoes look like trash. Too bad as they are high priced for this type of shoe. Not worth the money.

Hands down the best shoes I've ever warn. You can wear them anywhere from slippers around the house to hiking rough terrain. Amazing.

Their customer service is fantastic. Quick and efficient. And I’m already noticing the benefits of their shoes. It really was the right decision to go with Canles.

After living 30 years wearing flipflops, finding shoes that dont hurt is very difficult. I bought the polarbare shoes. I spent the winter months in foot heaven! Sooo comfortable! When walking, i find myself checking my feet to see if i havent left the house in my slippers. And the custumer service is out of this world, so helpful and positively reactive. I highly recommend!

This company Canles shoes were extremely patient and helped us with sizing and advice. I would highly recommend this company as we have had our faith restored in people, due to their kindness. It made us realise how important it is to give the correct foot measurement. All of our e-mails were answered promptly, as we had bought the wrong size and now have received the correct sized shoes. Had some issues originally but the company reached out and we resolved the issues and did a replace at no extra cost. Customer service was amazing and communication was pretty good. Usually a 24hr response period but after dealing with a lot of companies its a great turn around of replies.

Shoes are comfy and so relaxing, I have yet to wear for a full day but as of now, I wish I never had to take them off.

I bought Barefoot model and it fit perfectly fine and is very comfortable. Second one was little small so I wanted to replace it, customer support provided very friendly and quick support. I will definitely buy more shoes of this brand.

I had purchased the Polar Bare boots for my winter vacation in the Alps last December, and was initially unsure if they would hold up in the snow. They turned out to be perfect - light yet warm (because of the fleece lining or other material that I cannot identify - I just know the material kept my feet warm).
I liked that pair so much that I wanted one for the warmer months so I ordered Active Bare which I intended to use for my track and trail running. The sizing chart was off as the shoes turned out to be too tight even for the correct size, but when I emailed the Canles team, they promptly replied and arranged for an exchange, one size up. No fuss, no problems. The replacement pair reached me in a week, and this time the fit was correct.
Other than the comfort of the shoes, I wanted to commend the Canles team for their prompt customer service and fuss-free exchange. I already had a good experience with the Polar Bare and when they replaced my Active Bare without question, I was sufficiently assured to order a new pair for day to day use. I have not received that third pair yet, but I expect it to be as good as the other two.

What a great experience. Ordered 2 pairs which was very straightforward on the website. Unfortunately both pairs were too large but my request for replacements was dealt with promptly and efficiently. New pairs were provided and fit perfectly and are very comfortable which is just what I was looking for. Excellent product and can’t thank Canles enough for the great service.

Sus calzados son resistentes. El Llevo usando un par todos los días y están como nuevos. Son de buena calidad y su atención al cliente busca su plena satisfacción. I have bought a lot of things online which is always a hit or miss. But my experience with Canles is a "big hit"! The quality of the 2 pairs of shoes I ordered is great and fits perfectly. But the best part of all is their customer service. The "Canles Team" was very helpful and accommodating in a very timely fashion.

The first pair of shoes did not fit, I need a large, and staff then looked for a large in its all other brands, regardless of price. They found a pair and stuck with me through the reorder and ship process until I received the new pair. The fite perfectly. I will donate the first pair to the local charity. A win win for all.
