My husband bought a pair online without doing due diligence. No one answers phone. Website says if you cancel within 24 hours, no problem. I have emailed 3 times now. Nothing! This place is a total scam. Please don't buy from them. First clue was when most reviews mention buying shoes for Dad. Really, who does that?

As a first time On-Line buyer I approached Canles.com to purchase some shoes. The shoes were delivered within the time frames indicated, and when I followed up with them to discuss alternative options it was clearly found that Canles demonstrated strong business principles when dealing with their customers.

The team at Canles are just amazing. I purchased a pair of shoes for my dad's Christmas present, and I ordered the wrong size. Not only are Canles sending me the correct size, but they’ve also asked that I keep the original pair and either give to a friend or donate to a charity. Honestly, the world needs more Companies that these folks. I never write reviews but had to take the time with this one. xx

These Deklan shoes are sturdy and functional. Comfortable enough for day-to-day tasks, and they've held up well so far.

The convenience of these Thane slip-ons is great. The comfort is average – fine for short periods but wouldn't recommend for all-day wear. Took 6 days to arrive.

These shoes are exactly what I needed. Easy to slip on for quick trips out and comfortable for all-day wear.

Taking down negative reviews here to try wash their image, and they know it. Then again, what do you expect from a company that excessively spams people with unwanted emails and advertisements. Positive verified reviews look real suspicious too.

Best online coy I have dealt with. Original item was lost in delivery and the coy after confirming the loss with the delivery company offered to replace my purchase or a full refund. I choose to take the replacement and the coy kept me up to date with the progress of the order.

I recently ordered a pair of shoes from this brand and I'm really happy with how everything turned out. The website was super easy to use and the shoes arrived right on time. Honestly, I can't remember the last time I wore shoes this comfortable – they're just amazing. They fit perfectly and look great with everything. I'm already planning my next purchase. It's so nice to find a company that gets it right with both their product and service.

I purchased two pairs of shoes via the Canles website with a size US45 checked in their online order form. I ALWAYS order this size as its the only size that fits my feet - most people know their shoes size.

The delivery arrives and my shoes are size US41!!.

I then emailed Canles as they don't list a contact number (very dodgy) and they reply telling me they will provide me a refund but I will have to pay the $36 return postage - even though the error was on their online order form!

Canles are very unprofessional, dishonest and unscrupulous - STAY AWAY FROM CANLES.

Their shoes are made in China by the way which I asked about but they always avoided this question and this is not mentioned on their website - another reason not to buy from them.

Canles actually emailed me recently acknowledging their mistake and offering to refund me my return shipping costs, but then told me they will only pay me via PayPal. Immediately I found this to be very suspect and asked Canles to instead pay me through my bank account or credit card - I never heard from them again. This is not surprising to me at all, its the type of appalling customer service that Canles provides and then pretends to offer a refund but it never happens.

These shoes are lethal. I cannot deny they are comfortable and easy to wear, however - and I don't know whether this is a fitting issue although the size seems right - I have so far had THREE falls whilst wearing them. This is due to the sole tripping either on flat paving or on a kerb. I'm not one who falls usually, and two of the falls were nasty, one resulting in a broken finger. Changing them seems time consuming and tricky, so I have reverted to my Ecco shoes for now.

The ordering experience was really easy. The shoes arrived exactly when advised. They are the most outstanding and comfortable shoes I have ever worn in 40 years. I am absolutely sold and will most definitely re-order. Great company to deal with.

Hassle-Free Exchanges
I had to exchange for a different size, and the process couldn't have been smoother. Customer service was quick to respond, and my new pair arrived in no time.

False advertising. Scamming people out of their money by sending a mismatched pair. One shoe is size 6 & other is 7!! I’ve sent photo proof as requested but now it’s the silent, hope she goes away treatment. Well I’m not going away and I’m contacting trading standards.
