I have placed my order a few days ago and have not heard anything back. No confirmation email and they haven’t even accepted the payment yet. I reached out to them 3 times and still no response

I have written multiple messages inquiring about my order that was placed a few days ago. The order is “on hold” and I have received no confirmation whatsoever in regards to my payment, inquiries or shipment.
Although the company guarantees within 24h shipping, this no longer seems to be true.

This is not the first time this happens and it doesn’t seem like the issues are being fixed. I am very disappointed:(

Nothing showed up. Not much to review. Payment went through but nothing has shown up or even a shipping confirmation. I think I got ripped off.

I love the fast delivery but I’m disappointed that you no longer carry the shatter party pack Sativa and indica gummies 😢

Cannalyft Made a mistake on my order but by the very next day they made it right with no questions asked

After being a customer every few months for over a year, I can say that they work extremely quickly in every aspect of their business. My one e-mail to customer service was answered in about 30 minutes. To date, I've never waited longer than 3 business days for my order to arrive, which is impressive considering where I live. I have no plans to even try another vendor.

I lost my password, asked for a link to reset my password, never got a email after a week, I guess because I have a credit for some product they didn’t ship, they want to keep me out of my account.

My delivery man was suppose to place the pkg in the back of my pjck up...instead, the guys knocks on the door..so my wife finds out, i get bitched at...where is the discretion? So I emailed them twice...they have never responded to me. So until I get something for all the crapI had to eat,i wont buy from them.Im not exactly sure when....beginning of Feb

Like the last time everything was great ( product, discretion, etc) although the shipping took a little longer but Seeing it was the holyday, I can’t really be mad at that.
