We do have a replacement policy for orders that are lost in transit - however it does not seem that you have brought up any issues regarding your order with customer service. We'll have someone from the customer service team reach out to you.

Apparently if you leave a note on your etransfer to them, they do not bother to read the notes. I do not smoke and my reward was a pre-rolled joint which I will not use. Nor do I know anyone who smokes so it is a waste. I had asked for a chewable or something like it in stead. Got a pre-rolled joint. sad.
Other than that, great service and a great product too.
