Pc working fine but I did notice shroud missing from graffic card and a fan was installed to make the pc work so it wouldn't overheat.overall child happy with pc

I had a fantastic experience with Jack when buying a gaming PC for my son. I was let down 4 days before Christmas for a pc for my son. Jack went above and beyond for me, he built a gaming pc for me and had it ready on Christmas Eve. Couldn't be more grateful. His communication throughout was excellent , explained everything, packaged everything perfectly and was a pleasure to deal with. And my son my delighted. I bought a prebuilt PC from Cannon Pcs a little over 3 months ago and it's been amazing! There was an issue with a piece of hardware, but I emailed them and it got sorted super quickly and I was sent a new piece to install myself! Great customer service and super helpful with any questions you may have about your system!
