The Creamery at The Newt in Somerset — a complex and detailed project featuring extensive glasswork, including many curved panels that were extremely challenging to install.
From the design stage through to installation, the Cantifix team were excellent. They worked closely and collaboratively with both the design team and site management to coordinate delivery from Europe and carry out the installation with absolute precision.
The finished result at The Creamery, beside Castle Cary Station, is stunning and a real testament to their skill and attention to detail. It’s well worth a visit. I’ll definitely be working with Cantifix again on future projects.

The lock on my conservatory door is broken. Cantifix installed the doors but advised that they can't repair it as the manufacturer had stopped making the door.

Their advice - ask a locksmith.

Not the after-sales support I expected given the premium price I paid.

We have enjoyed the doors and windows installed by Cantifix many years ago. However, when a lock broke we were amazed that the company managed to sort out the problem with no fuss whilst local (excellent) locksmiths couldn't. Thanks Cantifix (and Anthony in particular) for some genuine customer care.

Awful company. Handed over £50k for sliding doors. Was told they would be fitted in December. 6 months later they still aren’t finished. Numerous issues with the products they have supplied. Had to be completely replaced after they caused so much damage fitting the first set. First set was fitted with the wrong panels in the wrong place. They don’t even know how to fit the products they’re selling. Always blame suppliers. Never answer the phone. Literally the worst company I’ve ever deal with. Avoid at every cost.

When it comes to structural glazing, there's no comparison with Cantifix - the best products on the market, and the team couldn't be more helpful.
