Above and Beyond
We had Cape Cod Pros come for an initial visit as we had a few mice in our basement. Upon the initial visit they placed mice bait along areas that were suspect. They then came back 2 weeks later to assess which bait traps had activity, ie food taken. Then they went around and sealed up the problem areas. What amazed me was how they went above and beyond as the representative suspected an area under my outdoor porch that had a lattice covering. He removed the lattice covering and climbed under the porch into a very tiny area that was not easy to maneuver under and sealed up the whole. Had he not removed the lattice, the entry point would not have been found. We haven't seen a mouse since. They are an excellent company and very customer service friendly. You don't see companies going above and beyond to resolve issues these days. They are a far cut above the rest.
