Capital Play Opiniões

Capital Play advice pre-purchase was really useful.
Delivery scheduling and delivery itself (HDS) also top class.
Well done & thank you.

Quick, efficient service and an excellent quality product. Thanks !

staff very helpful when I contacted them, but it would have been good to have an email / text update to let us know delayed, especially as booking people in to install (independelty)

Amazing from start to finish. When I visited the showroom to choose my trampoline I was offered good and helpful advise, ordering was simple and very flexible delivery options. I had a tight deadline for my daughter's birthday and the team ensured everything was ready in time. Delivery and installation stress free. I would highly recommend Capital Play for anyone looking for a trampoline.

Capital play were brilliant to work with. Good communication and excellent delivery of my trampoline.

Excellent job done on time, in fact before the scheduled date and to perfection.
A big thank you to all the team, well done
👏👏

A fabulous trampoline!
It takes a bit of umph to put it together but worth every drop of sweat!

Although I haven't had the time to put the trampoline together yet it looks to be the one I ordered and looks quite easy to assemble. However I did order a weed membrane on the same order which has never turned up. Very poor considering the trampoline cost so much money!!!

Fab product and excellent customer service. Trampoline arrived quicker than expected date. Cover was missing but I called and it came in two days. Would recommend. Excellent quality!

Great trampoline and kids are very happy. Would have been great to be able to return the Full Safety Net worth £200 as this is not needed and will end up somewhere to be never seen again, Was advised this is not possible...

Amazing! Great product and very well made

Good knowledgeable people to deal with.
Very happy with our new trampoline

Excellent service. The trampoline we ordered was on back order and came through two weeks before the original date.
Thank you capital play!

Capital Play installed a 11 x 14 ground level trampoline and it’s great. Very professional service. Polite and respectful team, who were very tidy and worked hard to get the job done in a day. It’s obviously not cheap but well worth the extra cash. It blends in to the garden and my neighbours can’t complain about seeing the kids heads bouncing over the fence :)

There was an issue with our delivery, seemingly lost in the post and the lady I spoke to sent us a new replacement straight away! Great customer service!

I had seen some negative remarks on service but came to the conclusion this was the best serious product on the market for performance and safety.
Spoke to Stephnie at the office and I was reassured things had improved massively as they tried to sort out COVID related issues which have affected every business.
Pleased to say I received my Explorer Performance trampoline in 2 days time and service was fantastic
