Capital Play Opiniões

Great service from start to finish - very knowledgeable, helpful and organised.
Could not have asked for better service - very efficient we had two inground trampolines fitted.
Thank you

We received our 14x10ft trampoline in April but wanted to use it through the spring & part of the summer before we reviewed it.

The trampoline itself is extremely good quality, it’s strong, well made & had very clear installation instructions. I would advise people to use a mini digger to make the installation process easier. The trampoline has an excellent bounce & has kept the children happy for hours & is used daily weather allowing. Definitely worth the money !!!

Capital Play were very good with communications, the trampoline was out of stock when we ordered but arrived back in stock in the expected date & was shipped to us within a couple of days.

Overall a quality product from a quality company.

They spent an hour on the phone to answer my questions and to help me choose the trampoline that would meet my expectations. I must say I am not disappointed.

We have had a capital play in ground trampoline for about 5 years and ordered a replacement surround as the old one was looking a bit tatty. It was delivered with no problem and we were able to fit it ourselves (it was a bit tricky, but ok once we got the hang of it). It has made the trampoline look like new again!

Great delivery guy who took his time putting the parcels in the right place for us to sort, thank you

I can't recommend Capital Play highly enough. We had a Jump King delivered for our teenage children and the advice and support we got was outstanding. We chose to have the assembly service which is brilliant and very reassuring to know it's put up safely by the experts. Our kids are thrilled with it and as parents we are delighted that we've got a strong, robust space for them to release their energy!

Great customer service, trampoline is of high quality as per description.
Would recommend.

You get what you pay for. Great service and an excellent product

Easy to understand instructions. We did some of the digging by hand and most with a digger.
The best part is getting the kids off it 😃

The team at Capital Play are amazing. I bought my trampoline at the weekend and had a computer glitch at the payment stage. Had no problems calling them on Monday morning, where they were quick to answer the questions and get it all sorted. Amy was amazing! Was delivered quickly by an equally friendly helpful Patrick and co. The trampoline itself is fantastic and much better quality than our previous one. Our eldest was over the moon and has spent many happy hours on it. I've already recommended both the trampoline and Capital Play to friends. Superb service and product.

The Trampoline arrived promptly even though there appeared to be a shortage of stock almost everywhere else.

Great customer service, great communication, polite friendly staff… trampoline great quality would highly recommend

Good customer service. Arrived faster than expected.

My second order from CP, unfortunately my first order I had to return as I was no longer able to keep it.

My new order arrived on time.
A day late, but I was kept in the loop as to why and when it would be delivered.
The build quality of my tramp is amazing,
CP customer service is fantastic, never have to worry that whatever issues you have will be sorted.

Excellent customer service and delivery. Trampoline is built to.last and the kids love it.

Bought trampoline and air track, products are excellent quality, a couple of initial issues which Capital Play helpfully and speedily rectified immediately, couldn't be more helpful. Would definitely use in future, fully recommend. Ordered online, nice to buy from a respectable, trustworthy online company,

Very happy with service the 2 guys who came to assemble were efficient and very tidy and very polite. Can’t fault anything. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic product and I’m really happy with my purchase. The service was great and when I had to make a change on the delivery date it’s was sorted out very swiftly. Did a great job to keep me updated on the rescheduling of the delivery. One very happy customer and would happily recommend.

Don’t hold up to purchase & delivery commitments.
