Today there is often far too many choices for every part of your home refurbishment and this can be extremely daunting. By contrast, we focus on classic designs that work both in a modern new build or in a listed period property. Our focus is entirely on building durable, classic products that are highly tactile. The weight and finish of each item we produce is checked and quality controlled, even down to the resonance each click of a toggle or switch makes.

Fake/scam - avoid
Ordered online, but three weeks later no further communication or update on the order. No response to email contact. Feels dodgy, regret ordering.

I ended up using chargeback on my credit card. Never received any response from this company. Their website is still up so watch out!

Emailed again to chase up my refund, still no response BUT refund has appeared in my bank account...??!!! Really bizarre situation

Unbelievable. Placed an order. No show for a couple of weeks so I email them to enquire where's my order at? No response email again, then phoned, no response. Then sent a further email and phoned again and left a message. Nothing.
Sent a further email canceling my order, following day received an email confirming cancellation?!! Really, truly unbelievable. I now await my refund...
