Whenever I called in to check on the claim, the customer service agents were extremely helpful, professional, and personable. I am so thankful to have had this coverage and recommend anyone who rents a car to use a card that has this!

This was my first time filing an accident claim for a rental car. This was through my Capital One Venture credit card (Visa Signature). The online system was very easy to use and easy to upload documents. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. My claim was reviewed and processed within 10 days (as indicated on the online form). I received the reimbursement a few days later. I couldn’t have asked for a more straightforward or quick process! I was very impressed with this service!

As long as we have the receipts and other required documentation, it was an easy enough to submit the claim online and get re-imbursed within a week or so.

Did not realize I had this auto isurance benefit. My wife suggested I call. Your rreps were very courteous and efficient in identifying my eligibility, and then guiding me thru the process of filing a claim. Excellent communications throughout.

claim took over 2 months to resolve--we did not cause the damage (car hit in parking lot when we were not present) even with this insurance and good primary insurance we were still out of pocket for over $800

Very helpful and understanding and very honest and responsive. Make sure you ask a lot of questions about all aspects (your insurance policy, notification and filing timeline, documentation to upload, etc.). They are very knowledgeable and will provide great explanations and advice, but you need to ask questions if you have not been through the claim process before.

The process allowed me to claim the money I was entitled to without extensive back and forth with receipts etc. I was pleased that it worked "as advertised".

I filed a claim for Secondary Car Rental Coverage on my Visa. I scraped a bumper on the car. It took a week to find how to file and upload all the info needed on Card Benefit Services, but after I uploaded all the information, the process was FAST and EFFICIENT. I did have to send 2 emails asking why my claim had 13 docs and 1 jpeg, and still was considered "pending-more info needed." After that email, the response was the next day. My claim had been settled, and they needed my account info to send the money. The whole process took only 1 month from the date of my accident! But I did start the process THE SAME DAY as my accident, and I uploaded all docs they wanted ASAP. You have to be able to READ, and give them what they ask for. Shout out to Fox Car Rental SeaTac. They have been amazing for years, (Barbara, Trevor, Kani) and I will only rent from Fox forever---They were also very efficient on the corporate communication as well.

I am a Capital One Venture X cardholder. The process was easy, straight-forward and very less hassle than I anticipated. The customer care was very cooperative, friendly, and understanding. Very minimal effort was needed from my side in filing the claim and representatives follow up with me which helped in settling the process in a very short span of time (less than a month).

I expected the claim to be denied because the rental car company refused to provide repair documentation. I was pleasantly surprised that Card Benefit Services reviewed the evidence carefully and approved the claim. The professionalism and clarity of the process exceeded my expectations.
