I made a purchase two days ago for $94 to get a Walmart gift card to purchase dinner for my family food for my dog and a heat lamp to prevent my plants in my greenhouse from dying. Needless to say we’ve not got our money back we’ve not got our gift card and my dog is without dog food still I have submitted email to Support. I have completed their identity verification process, which makes no sense. Why would I need to verify my ID to buy a gift card? I don’t have to do that whenever I purchase a gift card at a grocery store or retail store or at the other gift card markets so I don’t understand why I would have to go through ID verification for this place but I did it still no gift card no money and you can’t get anyone to respond to you so I’m going to dispute it through the bank

Purchased from them multiple times over the past few months, primarily for Lowe's gift cards for my home projects. The cards have always come through within minutes and been able to add them straight to my account / purchases.

I have only ever encountered a problem with a card not working on one occasion (out of 10+ purchased), and after emailing them about it I received a response and new (working) gift card from them literally 4 minutes later. Can't fault their service.

They have my trust and I'll continue to buy from them.
