I sold off my fiat car to car dekho during Nov 2023. Very shocked to notice that my car data details was sold off to online fraudsters and it is noticed that they are attempted me to call me citing various fake bad incidences reg my car abut however I have been extremely cautious as I know these are a united gang of fraudsters trying to dupe many people by extorting their money. The matter has been registered and reported to police with the fraud contact no. So request all customers to be extremely careful n cautious before you sell off your car to car dekho as this company seems to have joined hands with the criminals and fraudsters. Hope post sale car Dekho has registered to the new owner for transparency.

My recent interview experience with CarDekho was highly disappointing. Despite multiple rounds and a detailed assignment, the promised salary discussed during the initial interview was not honored. CarDekho's lack of transparency and integrity left me feeling deceived and undervalued. I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking fairness and honesty in their job search.

They’ll check your vehicle , offer you a price , send person to sign final documents and accused me of submitting false documents . I have proof from rto Karnataka about the ownership of my vehicle . I’d suggest you do your job of checking documents then finalising a sale . It’ll be better way to carry on your business . Disgusting and terrible!

Very unprofessional experience with Cardekho, KOLKATA
I brought a Maruti Suzuki Car in October,2022 including with two free services. The car’s registration number is WB26R9267. , I called the salesman many times but did not get any response ,Last month I did my Car’s emergency service from Maruti Service Centre and its cost Rs. 60000. After servicing my car, it still has problems. Before servicing my car, I called the salesman many times but did not get any response. The salesman who convinced me to buy the car, now resigned. I tried to communicate with other salesmen, but they did not response. Before selling the car, salesman assures me that if any problem occurs regarding the car service, they will help me out, but now they did not pick up my phone. I called them several times, but did not get any response. Till date car’s owner name is not transferred. AVIJIT DAS, KOLKATA

Extremely poor post service. We were promised 6 month warrenty and car engine started showing problems in just 2 months and when we seek help from the company they said we give warenty either for 6 months or 7,500 km drive however, 7,500km drive clause is not mentioned anywhere in agreement. Thus we will take legal actions.

Fraud company, did not pay the committed amount and now making excuses. Going to file a legal complaint against them.

I had a very unpleasant, unprofessional and local like company experience. With Akshay ad and national brand thought of going with car dekho to sell my car. It was 2020 KWID, under warrenty and very less driven and almost new car. Cardekho send the inspector who during test got my car hit to a wall. It went for repair and after done again while parking it on my garage, again got it. The driver was drunken. Worst ever experience with Cardekho. Would highly recommend to sell your car by yourself and think twice and thrice if you handing it over to cardekho. It is just like your local, untrained and unprofessional company and employees.
