Resposta da Cardiff piercing
We love hearing this – thank you! We're so glad our team made a good impression. You're welcome back anytime!
Awesome experience!
I had two piercings -my brow piercings and an ear piercing- done at Cardiff Piercings, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. Rebecca was my piercer, and she was nothing short of amazing…incredibly professional, friendly, and meticulous with every step of the process. Her attention to detail gave me total confidence, and she made the whole experience feel comfortable and safe.
What really impressed me was that months after my initial visit, I walked in and Rebecca instantly recognized me…such a thoughtful and personal touch that shows how much she cares about her clients. It’s rare to find that level of genuine connection.
The studio itself has a really welcoming vibe…all black…and the entire team is lovely and clearly passionate about what they do. If you’re considering a piercing, I can’t recommend Cardiff Piercings enough. Top-notch service, talented professionals, and a great atmosphere. Thank you, Rebecca and the team!

Helped me get ready for surgery, and sort out some stubborn piercings!
Wonderful people at this place. Unfortunately my memory is rubbish with names but I was very well looked after. Had a couple of body piercings, one of which just would not stop acting fresh after 5 years. Since visiting and changing to their high quality jewellery I’ve had zero issues.
They also helped me figure out how to navigate taking out said body piercings for surgery and gave me a taper and some surgical lube to help things along. Glad to say I managed it (though painful!) which I was so scared of.
Thank you x

Ear lobes pierced
I got my ear lobes pierced today and the entire process went really smoothly. They had so much variety of earrings there (I got the titanium star ⭐️). Everything was sterilised and clean, I had everything explained to me and overall Rebecca was very professional and friendly. I’m really happy with my piercings and hope to get my seconds done here sometime again!

Hi Georgie,
Thank you so much for your lovely review! We're delighted to hear that you felt comfortable and well looked after during your visit. We completely understand how daunting piercings can be—especially with a needle phobia—so it's fantastic to know our team helped put you at ease.
We're thrilled you're happy with your new piercing, and it means the world that you're planning to return.
Thanks again for choosing us – your support helps others find a safe, friendly and professional piercing studio they can trust.
Warm regards,
The Cardiff Piercing Team
Excellent service, clean, patient and thorough
I took my daughter (16 yr old) here for a nose piercing. Darryn and Rebecca were the most patient people. They were very thorough when explaining all procedures and also insisted on taking our ID and details before starting - I really appreciate this kind of detail and care. They sterilised everything for 10 minutes.
Rebecca did the piercing and was so gentle and precise. Darryn has a no-nonsense approach which I think is vital in a place like this, he won't bend the rules and oversees all the work here. It felt very reassuring (I was more nervous than my daughter).

My daughter 14th birthday today she wanted to have her noise pierced so I googled the age online it’s says uk law Is any age for ears and noise so I booked with this company without reading there policy , I paid online when we got there the attitude on the staff we were greeted by was absolutely disgusting he would not do the piecing because we didn’t bring I’d and would not give us a refund . My daughter was absolutely gutted she lost £40 pound of her birthday money.😤

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed on your visit, especially on your daughter’s birthday. However, we must clarify a few points.
Firstly, are you sure you have the correct business? We do not charge £40 upfront. Our booking fee, clearly stated on the booking page, is £25.
While UK law does not set a minimum legal age for nose piercings, professional piercing studios like ours follow industry best practice and local council guidelines. These require photographic ID for everyone, including people under 17, with a parent or legal guardian present who also has their ID, to ensure both safety and consent.
This policy is clearly displayed on our website, booking page, and confirmation emails. Unfortunately, without valid ID we cannot proceed. This is for both legal protection and your child’s safety.
Regarding refunds, our policy states that bookings are non-refundable if requirements are not met. This is because the appointment slot is reserved for you and could otherwise have been offered to another client.
We understand this must have been frustrating, but our team acted in line with our policies to maintain safe and professional standards.
