Horrible service, did not receive my order, have been trying to get a refund for months but no answer. Scam company.

EDIT: These kind of "companies" just disappear after a while because they scam people and move on to a new name and sell the same products. Rinse and repeat. Be careful, people.

My product did come, but it stopped working after I used it 3 times. No one is replying my emails at customer service. Worst mistake ever.

Terrible products. Not a genuine company.
The products simply do not work. I ordered the IPL machine as I figured how different can IPL machines be. I have the right skin tone and hair colour for this to supposedly work a dream. It really doesn'y. Don't be daft like me and waste your money here - invest in a proper product from the likes of John Lewis. At least then if it still doesn't work, you'll get the kind of customer care every paying customer should receive.

I never received my product. I kept writing Apple in customer service and the answer was always the same: It will come very soon. After 3 months I asked for my money back, but then they stopped replying. 130 euros was wasted!

I bought the IPL hand held machine and have tried it for 8 weeks. It has not worked for me. Contacted Apple in Customer Services regarding the 90 day money back guarantee one month ago and I was told she was contacting the supplier for an immediate resolution. I am still waiting. Very poor service.

Scam, fake reviews and it doesn't work. Refused me a refund even though they advertise a money back guarantee.

Carmelie’s website claims they have thousands of reviews - I can’t find these reviews anywhere else. They were advertising on Facebook, but have now taken down their advert so they can’t be traced. They claim on their website they’ve been mentioned in Vogue, Hypebeast etc. but I’ve checked, and they haven’t. Why lie? Clearly a scam.

I received my laser handset in only 3 days (!!!)
Customer service is kind and responsive, too. I mistyped my shipping address and they contacted me before I even realised it. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with my experience shopping there.

Hi there, I am confused why Carmelie.com is claiming to have trustpilot reviews on its website when there are non disclosed on tristpilot.com. Are they being dishonest by referencing trustpilot on their website?
