DO NOT USE Carpet Call
My flooring was layed so badly that there are gaps appearing between a lot of the joins.
I approached the store where I purchased this from and they were not interested. So I had another company look at it and was told that alot off the flooring Will have to be relayed. Another cost to me extremely not happy

Thank you so much for your support and friendly advice. Although you were not there when I collected my final hall runner on Thursday the 22nd of January 2026, I did mention you to another sales person to pass on my message of gratitude to you. Kai went above and beyond to bring my design vision to life. He was patient, highly creative and addressed any questions or concerns I had in a timely manner. I could not be happier with the service he provided, particularly his attention to detail with the honeycomb blinds and sheers in our master bedroom. Thank you so much!

Recently had some flooring organised for our rental property and Jason at the Tuggerah store was initially very helpful. Once we signed and ordered, different story....not helpful, rude and just basically didn't give a "#$ot! Any questions asked were met with short, rude replies and as though I was being a bother or annoying! Would not recommend "Him" anyway, but maybe other staff are more customer service based...not that hard!

Order on line , their response to my request and notification was very quick, received the product in a couple days!

Very disappointed with Carpet call Ellenbrook. Payment was made for curtains and we were told it would be straightforward, yet there were ongoing delays, excuses, and no progress.

The staff member involved, David Cook, was rude and unprofessional. Communication was dismissive and disrespectful, and the way my partner was spoken to made us feel she was treated unfairly.

Overall, the service was extremely poor. We would not recommend this business.

Very disappointed with Carpet Call Ellenbrook. I made a payment on the 11th of November for curtains and was told things would move quickly. This was not a complex order, yet there were constant delays, excuses, and no real progress.

The staff member I dealt with window furnishing manager , was rude and unprofessional throughout the process. Communication was dismissive, disrespectful, and promises were repeatedly broken.

I also felt uncomfortable during this experience, as I was spoken to in a way that made me feel treated differently and unfairly. Whether intentional or not, the behaviour came across as disrespectful and inappropriate.

This experience wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress. Customer service was very poor, and I would not recommend this business to others.

Product. Exactly as described, prompt and safe delivery within a few days.

The man, the myth and the legend, Kai. Great to deal with, spoke with such clarity, transparency and honesty. How he envisioned our new home was beyond our imagination. The impressions he's given us provided an idea of what our house would look like, really gave us a sense of what anyone would call home. We are thrilled to see the final outcome of the work being carried out by these guys.
