ACC Carpet Cleaners London Opiniões

The team were prompt, friendly and helpful. They cleaned an extra spot even though that wasn't part of the original request, and left us with some plastic shoe covers so we could walk on the carpets without marking them. The administration was very efficient as well.

Matt was great, on time, worked efficiently and tidied up everything before he left.

ACC transformed our carpets from tired and trampled to clean and springy. Lovely people. Very nice to work with.

Very happy with your services, many thanks

When needed, ACC Carpet Cleaners are my go to company . Good communication, knowledgeable, competent and courteous operatives. Only after years of developed experience can this be delivered. Not to mention how great the place smells after the carpet clean!

Incredibly easy and quick process. Great, friendly service and easy to contact with any questions or problems. The clean itself was great and all around brilliant experience from beginning to end.

Such a great company, helpful friendly people, noting is ever too much trouble. They do a great job and that's why I keep asking them back year after year.

They do a brilliant job!

Very thorough and comprehensive job carried out with care and consideration by 2 very personable chaps

We are a heating company and used ACC for the first time to help with an accident one of our engineers had spilling some dirty water from a radiator onto a customers carpet. Communication from Sherry was fantastic, from booking the orginal call to an update on completion, we now have a very happy customer ! - Great service from ACC, we will definitely use them again if the need arises. Good job !

An excellent service, time after time. Transparent website and costs. The customer service is also excellent and extremely friendly. The men who come out are very helpful and friendly. I honestly cannot praise this company highly enough. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

Old fashioned service with uptodate kit!

The ACC team got to work on time and efficiently. The back-up service in the office was 100 % , communications were excellent

Recomended

The company was very easy to deal with and promptly arranged a visit to do the work. This was done by very helpful, polite and efficient workers.
I would have no hesitation in recommending ACC to others.

ACC provide an expert, highly efficient and friendly service. I've used them a number of times in recent years and highly recommend them!

I have used ACC 4 times now and have found them to be excellent. They are professional, friendly, thorough, very hard working and produce excellent results. My 10 year old cream carpets always come up like brand new. Would highly recommend ACC.

A really excellent service and our carpets look amazing. They hadn't been cleared for ages even before COVID, and they have come up looking terrific and even the silk rugs were treated with great care and look spectacular. They even threw in some extra rugs they hadn't estimated fror. A really great experince and very fairly priced.

I chose ACC Carpet Cleaners for the exit of my tenancy because they regularly clean the stairwell carpet in our block to a high standard.
The two man team who came were very efficient and knowledgeable, with nothing too much trouble. It took about 45mins to do a one-bed flat. Back in their office admin support Sherry is a lovely and reassuring contact. Would recommend.

Can’t fault the service. From booking communications to final payment. Fellas that did the work were very nice and considerate, turning up early but my wife was on an important call and they were happy to come back at original appointment . Moved a few bits of furniture for us and cleaned the carpets quickly and fairly quietly, machine is outside in the van so not too bad. Looked like new again.
If only all tradespeople were like ACC. Highly recommended. Thanks

This is the ONLY carpet cleaning company I trust with my silk carpets and upholstery. Sherry is a dream to book appointments with, she is always so friendly and helpful.

Barnaby is superb at his job - highly professional and friendly, punctual and always gets a great job done.

Thank you to the team for helping keep my carpets in perfect condition!

Have used ACC 7 times at three different properties and will continue to do so! Super professional, fair price and unparalleled quality! You will not find anyone better than these guys. They have managed to get my white carpets looking like freshly laid carpet after my son dropped quac, blueberries, blue tac and banana into the carpet. They use a machine that is state of the art (and the size of a van) and they put a lot of elbow grease and sweat into the job. I recommend them to everyone, they are that good and I have very exacting standards.

Your company was recommended and I am glad I did use you. An efficient team arrived knowing what they were doing. When they left my carpets looked as good as new. Thank you I am most grateful and I shall use you again.
