Kept me informed of ETA which helped me plan my morning. Carpets cleaned beautifully, really impressed with how throughly they were cleaned. Was expecting a damp smell after the clean but the whole house smelt really fresh.

Josh was really helpful in discussing what we wanted doing at the property before we booked the appointment. On the day he was punctual, friendly and honest. Our carpets are quite old and he managed our expectations very well but we were really pleased with the finished result. He even helped me put a cover back on a sofa cushion, which I was struggling with! We are hoping to book in a sofa clean in the not too distant future and would definitely recommend Josh to anyone and everyone.

Josh cleaned our carpets really thoroughly and well. They looked great afterwards and dried quickly. Josh was extremely polite and communicated well at all times so we knew when to expect him, eta etc and ensuring we were completely satisfied with his work in the days after the cleaning. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Josh cleaned carpets in a property i rent out after a tenant left them in a state. Honestly was shocked at the results. The carpets changed colour from the dirt coming out and they smelt amazing after. He was on time and professional

Josh was at ease and friendly ...punctual and did all my rugs, carpets with great care and attention. He even cleaned my chaise lounges that had stains on it as it is pretty old! Also he had some fans to dry carpets so everthing was dry by the time he was finished ...so deserves 5 stars
