I have a 32 year old appliance and when a door handle broke I was concerned about getting a replacement. Checking on Rangemoors sight after a google search pointed me there I was initially disappointed to see they were out of stock. I was offered the opportunity to put an order on the system anyway. Well that was on the Monday, by Wednesday late PM the part was with me. I was absolutely delighted. A great service and thank you.

I needed a couple of parts for my now ageing log burner. After looking at the information available on the Rangemoors website I was able to identify the appropriate parts required and order them. Delivery was very quick and the parts were very well packed and boxed for safe transit. Excellent service all round.

I bought a Rangemaster professional plus. Oven inoperable. Reported problem 5 days ago. No, contact since. Very poor customer service from the manufacturer, Rangemaster. How much do you need to spend to get a working oven? Avoid.

They were able to provide the parts for our log burnr that is over 20 years old It took over 6 weeks for the parts to arrive and communications during this period were not great, however very happy with the parts supplied and the quality of the product

Items delivered in a well packed box. Items arrived within 48 hours of ordering. Can’t fault rangemoors in price and customer service. I always use them when I require spare parts for the Esse.
