Carpet Tile Depot Opiniões

I really wish I would have known that these carpet tiles I ordered have a pink spray painted edge. They are worthless to me. I think I should be refunded the money. I work hard for my money, and this was a waste of it.

I reached out several times but did not hear back from anyone. This is the worst service I have ever received from Carpet Tile.

What happened to you all this time around??

Best costumer service
Sam was very helpful

Big selection of carpet tiles, fast shipping and I was able to chat with someone to get my questions answered. Very pleased with my experience and I will recommend to anyone I know in the market for carpet tile.

I have been using carpet tiles for years on passenger vessels. They are great quality for wear and tear that they get with the general public walking on them every day.

Easy to work with and the salesperson exceeded my expectations. They were able to get me a quote quickly. Will use again.

We fell short of material and couldnt finish the job. Luckily, Carpet tile depot had some leftover stock of the carpet we needed to finish the job. Very fast shipping. Very inclined to do more business in the future.

The salesman in the showroom was very helpful and helped me pick out the perfect carpet for my store. Got the shipment within a week after we placed the order and install was straightforward. Everything turned out great. Highly recommend!

Experience was very smooth. I got a beautiful, high quality, dark grey Shaw carpet tile. Very durable material and looks perfect in my office. I could not be any happier. 10/10

VERY FAST DELIVERY! Carpets are amazing quality and are the exactly as described. Overall service was great👌🏻

Good price, good product, arrived in a timely manner

i purchachsed this item and within 20 hrs went to cancel as i had made a mistake with my inventory... I was told i could not cancel as it was a special order, however i had orderd the same item and was promised a 2 week delivery , yet it took over a month.. i find it hard to beleive that something that takes a month to deliver would not be able to be cancelled within less than a day

It was super easy to get samples and I love the carpet.

Excelllent customer experience and attention to detail.

Shipping was very fast! Highly satisfied with the service. Carpets turned out looking fantastic 👍🏻

The staff helped me pick out the perfect tile for my office. Very satisfied with how everything turned out. Looking forward to buying more in the future.
