Carpet Tile Depot Opiniões

so the only bad thing is the shipping that is a problem if you can figure out how to make this cheaper just a suggestion

I needed a couple boxes of carpet and that was all you had left so I got a deal if I took it all. Both boxes were full of returned tiles with defects and you sold them to me. Never again

The samples arrived as planned and the quality of the product is even better than we expected. We’ve placed our order for the home office floor and we’re looking forward to the installation. We’re installing the carpet tile ourselves so we’re trusting in the tutorial video for accuracy. Looks straight forward to us!

The price still the same as the last time we ordered carpet, easy to place a order and quick shipping
Thank you!

Price was way higher than local McSwain. The pictures on site were misleading as to what color/style I was looking for and it took 4 samples to finally get right item.

Great carpet, great price, great service and fast shipping. pretty much all I can ask.

Everything thing went as it supposed to 😊

the product was great and thankfully it worked out. I ended up purchasing the last of a product and because it was on clearance I couldn't get a sample to be sure. The salesperson didn't seem like he cared about my concern of purchasing something simply from the color of my computer monitor - I wasn't starting a new project but I was trying to replace pieces - meaning the exact color was critical to the success of my project.

All boxes of carpet was damaged. Order was short and glue was not delivered.

Quick delivery, product was in great condition. What else can be asked?
I will definitely order from Carpet Tiles Depot again.

Great shipping cost and on-time delivery.

Cost was great, delivered product within same week of order, Jeremy was a great help

I initially ordered a builder grade product. The product wasn’t exactly what I needed. The vendor worked with me to resolve the issue. They were pleasant and reasonable in coming to a solution.

I was able to find the carpet size and color that we wanted

The carpet glue I bought worked very well on the 500 Sq ft I did with it

Jeremy Price was an awesome customer service rep and successfully helped me with all of my questions and needs.

When my grandson said he wanted "red" carpet, I didn't know where to turn. Thank goodness I found Carpet Tile Depot!
Their selection of products in an array of varying colors is awesome. The prices are good and shipping was fast. The quality and durability of the carpet tiles complete AND compliment this teenage boy's bedroom. Carpet Tile Depot will be my FIRST Stop from now on!

I was very pleased with my experience. Down to earth real customer service. No fluff, just do the business in a helpful and cordial way.
