Very cheap and good tiles but silly returns policy
Very cheap and good tiles. However the returns policy is a bunch of rubbish.
I ordered the tiles, but changed my mind as I wanted to laminate the floor instead - so when I asked to return them, the costs involved were very silly. On a £195.79 order they were looking to refund me only £122.11 as they had a handling fee and return carriage costs.

Exception service every time!
The staff at Carpet Tiles Next Day are first class. Committed, efficient and just really nice. Remembered me from my last purchase, worked everything out for me and my job for the day is done. Their efficiency makes me as a Chief Finance Officer for the MAT efficient. Ian is fantastic and really lifts my mood every time I speak to him. Real asset to the company!

We’ve recently started using Carpet Tiles Next Day as our primary supplier and have been very impressed with the service. They’ve been able to supply both large and small quantities quickly and at very competitive prices.
Communication has been excellent throughout — easy, responsive, and efficient. In particular, Iain has been very helpful, always quick to respond and keeping us fully updated on order progress.
A reliable supplier and one we’re happy to continue working with.

Resposta da Carpet Tiles Next Day
Thank you for your feedback but we have to say we are very disappointed at receiving this 2 star review. Unfortunately as your order was received nearly two hours after our daily cut off time we had no way of dispatching as the transport that day had already left. Your 3 parcels were sent from our warehouse via FedEx on a next day delivery the day after (Friday), which effectively would be classed as a next day delivery, if ordered after our cut off time, meaning a Monday delivery. This cut off time has been the same for many years and we try to make it as clear as possible and visible on all pages of our website and twice on the checkout page, right where you choose a next working day delivery service. We apologise if you missed this but hope you can appreciate that your order did come in later that afternoon after our cut off time had passed.
Happy with the goods and service.
