Do not buy from them. It's been over a month and still haven't got my order. I repeatedly ask for refund it not shipped yet. They keep on leading me on it has left warehouse and will send me tracking number. Never got the tracking number and still fighting for refund
I ordered from them for a trip. They charge $15 for shipping and it took a month to get to me (didn’t make it in time for my trip). I asked for a return since I was unable to use it. They said sure but you need to pay for shipping with tracking AND said they’d charge me a $10 “restocking” fee. This was on a tiny $30 security bracelet for my phone. What a scam. Do not buy from this company!
Ordered from them over half a month ago, still saying prossesing order, they took my money out of my account that day, but no updated on my order no email saying sorry the product you ordered is currently on back order or anything that would explain what is taking so long. the weird part is I've gotten emails from the company but its to come back and buy more. I emailed them the other day asking why it might be taking so long. But no reply yet. If I don't get a order update before the end of the month I'll be calling my credit card company to refund
I backed this creator’s Kickstarter campaign with an estimated delivery date of October 2025, but my order still hasn't arrived and the company has completely ignored my messages. To make matters worse, there has been minimal to no communication regarding the delays, yet they are actively selling and fulfilling these same products on their own website before fulfilling Kickstarter orders. I would strongly advise against trusting Lookup or CarryU. They take your money, ignore customer inquiries, and prioritize new retail buyers over the backers who funded them in the first place.
This is a Kickstarter company who has been fully funded by trusting backers. Instead of answering his backers and delivering the product they payed for that he has been sitting on for month now he is out screwing around and ghosting the people who are the only reason he has a company. Do not buy a thing from this guy unless you want to lose your money or wait forever for him to play around instead of doing his job
