CARSAN is a FRAUDULENT SCAM…!!!

Do NOT list your cars with them; they are THIEVES, they will
TRASH/DAMAGE your vehicles, never repair them, and, in case of a total loss, they will STEAL the insurance pay out.

I listed 20 vehicles with them, and they SCAMMED me; STEALING, about $100,000.- !!!

They also SCREW their own employees, providers, auto body shops, mechanics, customers, etc.

They are DISHONEST!

These CROOKS will do anybody and everybody wrong.

Their MAFIA style “modus operandi” has no limits. They have even SCAMMED people from their own homeland, Russia!

STAY AWAY from doing business with them, in any way or form!

They are LIARS, FALSE, FAKE, etc.

They have two locations where they SCAM people from; both locations near the airports of Los Angeles, California & Miami, Florida.

These INDUSTRY CON MEN have been reported to FTC, Better Business Bureau & Bureau of Automotive Repair for the following;
*not paying vehicle lenders,
*returning vehicles damadged & unfixed,
*running vehicles with long overdue oil change
*pocketing profits
*lack of report transparency
*insurance fraud claims to entrap vehicle lenders
*entrapping lenders for Carsan's misdeeds and unethical practices
Soon to be stripped from business license and followed class lawsuit

Do not give them your car! This company is a complete fraud!

I decided to rent my car (Porsche Macan S) through Carsan in September 2023 as I went on a 1-month vacation to Spain.
(Carsan rents out cars from people on Turo and takes 50% of the profit, which they are supposed to pay on the 10th of each month as per their contract).

Despite the fact that I had scheduled a pickup of the car when I got back from vacation, they ended up “Renting it out” 3 times in a row and then sent me a message saying that I couldn’t pick up the car. I’ve had to rent a car for some trips I had to make because of the situation. (I paid over $700 in total in having to rent cars because of this).

In 2 months of renting out my car, they still haven’t paid me any of the profits they made, which is over $4000 on Turo.

On November 22 (1 day before I was meant to pick up it up), they message me to say that the car got into an accident so that I wouldn’t be able to pick up. After several requests, they sent me pictures, and the entire front body is severely damaged.

-Immediately after I was notified of the accident, I sent them messages asking for:
1. The police report (Legal requirement)
2. The DMV report (Legal requirement)
3. The identity of the hosts
4. The claim that was made with Turo

It’s now November 25th, and they are ignoring all my messages and aren’t sharing any information on how the car is being handled and what reports have been made.

I have an AirTag tracker device in the car, and I saw that it has been going to 2 collision centers already, despite specifically telling them that the car could only get repaired at Porsche directly. (Which they ignored each time).

They are supposed to report the incident to Turo and pay a $750 deductible (The option they chose) in order to get it repaired at Porsche, but they aren’t willing to do this, and they told me that I had to pay the deductible myself if I wanted it repaired there.

Note that they also still haven’t sent me a single payment.

I am now dealing with a nightmare situation where:

1. They’ve been holding my car for over 2 months, and I have no idea when I will see it back
2. The car is severely damaged (Might be a total loss)
3. They ignore all my messages
4. I have no idea if the correct reports have been made
5. My car probably lost over 30% in value
6. They haven’t sent me a single payment (Which breaks their own contract) despite having made over $4K.
7. All the while, I am paying insurance, warranty, and a monthly payment on the car.

Customer service and car condition deserve 5 stars. We had a small issue on a road which was solved quick.
