Ordered 2 bird feeders in August 2025 and my credit card was charged. I received an email that my order was on the way. Then received msg that it was delayed and I would receive a refund. It is now November and I have communicated with them numerous times. I placed the order using the Amazon site, but Amazon has no record of the purchase. Don't order anything from cartnear.com...you will only be lied to and lose your money.

They state they ship in 2-3 days and order should be received within 3-8 business days. They never even processed my order 11 days later and never answer their phone. Save yourself the aggrevation and do not do business with them!

I wouldn't bother purchasing from here. I made an order for 2 tamagotchis on January 15th. 4 days go by and the send me an email apologizing for the delay. I told them no problem just let me know when I can expect the order to ship. Later in the evening hours of the 19th I get an email that my order has been cancelled and yet they are still showing the item in stock on their site. So I asked them why my order was cancelled and they said stock is in short supply. Just be honest and say you don't have stock at all but take it off your website. Bunch of liars.

Just checked their contact us and the address is a Freebirds burrito location in Texas. Hmmmm!

I placed two orders Oct. 19, 2021 for dog food advertised as in stock. Within 24 hours my orders were canceled. Each order was for $152.71. On Oct., 27, 2021 I had to request a refund for both orders. They responed on Oct. 28, 2021 stating that they initiating a refund for both orders, saying it would take 7-10 days to process. It is now Nov. 16, 2021 and I have not received refunds for either order. I will never order from them again and am reporting them to the FTC..
