Trying to get tracking information about my order 2777. No response to my questions on where exactly is this order or did I get scammed. I am concerned that this may be the case. I wish I had never ordered from this so called company /store. What does it take to get in touch with Casa Chic Ltd. No phone number and no response to email. HELP PLEASE !!!!! SCAMMERS !!!!!! BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!

Terrible customer service. I’ve been trying for over four weeks to return an item and receive my refund, but I keep getting the same vague response that they are “reviewing the case” with no actual follow-up. This feels extremely dishonest and frustrating. I would strongly recommend avoiding this store.

I ordered a USB from shopcasachic.ca just to test. I figured it was a scam. It was. After many emails with them, I decided to take it apart and see what was in it. There was a 64GB MicroSD card that must have some sort of firmware to trick Windows into thinking it is large. It will seem to work, until you have saved over the 64G worth of data. The drive would not work with Linux all.

do not order from these people. They have horrible customer service . And are not allowing return .I ordered two external hard drives 8 TB from this website for my PS5. They do not work for it because it's just over 8 TB and it will not format. I have done everything I can to test and try to make it work. Neither of them work for the purpose I need. Requested to return both items for over a month. Have spoken with the company at least 20 different occasions. Every time they keep asking for more information. I provide that information requesting a return address to send my items back and I have not had a response. And now they have completely started ignoring me I'm reporting them as a scam. And I'm doing a charge back with my credit card. This is absurd

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, habe mir eine Antwort von Casa Chic auf meine Bewertung vom 18.4.22 erhofft.
Vielleicht kann man mir die Kontaktdaten zukommen lassen, dass ich mit der Firma mal reden kann. Wäre hilfreich!

I ordered a mirror On the 23/02/22 and have not received anything since. I’ve tried to contact Casa Chic through their website asking for an update on the order and have not heard anything back.

Ordered a mirror 28 Feb 2022 and had confirmation with a tracking order through parcelforce. Unfortunately, parcelforce has nothing on its tracking, under the tracking number provided and now cannot access Casa Chic website to enquire so doubt whether i will actually receive the purchase as not clear if the business is still in operation! A real shame as looked a good website!

Ordered a mirror, came completely smashed, now they won’t respond to any of my messages for a refund, tried through their website, their instagram page, their eBay page but nothing.

Edit: the company did reach out to me after many messages being ignored (maybe they were busy, who knows but I will be fair with my reviews) I did get a full refund without any hassle in the end, the product was nice, it’s a shame it came broken and it’s also a shame that the company took much longer than usual to reply to messages but we got there.

So yeah to summarise, nice product, dealt with the refund with no hassle just really slow to respond to messages, 3 stars.

I ordered in September and the tracking says Item delivered but it has never been ordered, I have emailed Casa Chic but I have had no reply
. I am £60 out of money!!!!

Great customer service, had an item that was slightly scuffed in transit and received a new one within days of contacting them.

Service is poor to say the least. The delivery company they use went to the wrong address, this I can accept however when I contacted casa chic I was told it's not there responsibility as they only use this delivery company and it's down to myself to sort it out WOW I could not believe it please avoid if you value service.

Casa chic has just replied to my review stating they will never tell there customers this. Please look at the pic on my profile it is the message they sent me this is on Amazon

I had a problem with a wall clock which Matilde helped to sort. We exchanged a number of emails and her response time was almost instant. 10 out of 10 for customer service, it was excellent.

I ordered a black round mirror, it was carefully and well packed, arrived exactly on time as they had promised. Exactly what I expected. Great item at a great price.

Wandspiegel war beschädigt,
nach der Beanstandung habe ich innerhalb von 3 Tagen ein neues Wandspiegel zugeschickt gekriegt.

Ich habe schon bezahlt, aber sie stellen immer wieder neue Rechnungen aus!

War alles bestens, schnell geliefert und genau so wie beschrieben.
