Wow !
My 3rd visit with Casas clinics,and this was just as amazing as the 1st,this time with my friend Bobby and what a wonderful experience from start to finish,cannot fault one thing !!!! Everyone and everything was so professional,infact it’s state of the art,the staff are so caring,Bobby was so looked after by his Dentist,Zeynep and her assistant once again thank you Casas 😁

Great experience so far, friendly and reassuring staff who guide and talk you through everything step by step, my first procedure was totally pain free I'm looking forward to going back in 6 months.

This is not a clinic. They are sales agents only interested in getting as much money out of you as possible. I went to Izmir in Oct for dental implants. My quote was £4000. After xrays the quote doubled to £8000. I agreed to the work and new price, however after they removed all my upper teeth they then asked for a further £1500. I flatly refused to pay and told them they should of told me of any price increase before the work started. On returning to the UK i messaged them twice asking for a final dental plan and costs. They didn't reply. A month before i was due to fly back for the second half of the treatment i asked again and again for the information but it wasn't till i posted a review on trust pilot that they replied. Over the following week i asked time and time again for a breakdown of the dental plan but all they were interested in was getting me to remove the negative review.
After being treated so badly I found a different clinic who have been wonderful. I was offered £200 to remove my review which I accepted. I wouldn't normally repost a negative review after being paid to remove it but i don't want anyone else to experience what they did to me. I put the money towards getting my treatment finished by the other clinic. I have read other reviews on trust pilot of others being offered cash to remove negative reviews and can't help wondering how many others have removed a review in order to recoup some of their lost money? Please do thorough research before going with this company. The dentist was actually very good but these sales agents are only interested in your money. Please be careful.

I had a wonderful experience with casas clinic! From the airport till the end of my journey I had an amazing experience. Natalia was wonderful and super helpful always very caring. The hotel was nice and the people there were very nice. And the best of it I came home with a beautiful smile! I would definitely recommend this clinic. Thank you so much for having me.

He’s hi I’m les from the uk and I came to turkey for my implants and had my teeth taken out and ten implants fitted and now came back to have teeth fitted and they looked after me very well all the time we’ll recommend and Serena very helpful and very polite

Me and my partner decided to go and have our teeth done in turkey as we were unhappy, it was too expensive in the UK. As there are alot of mixed reviews on line we made sure we did our homework, as there are so many clinics in Turkey. Once we decided on a
clinic Casas in izmir we communicated with them via WhatsApp, you can ask about anything that you are unsure about, you send pictures of your teeth and they will then give you a quote on how much this will cost. You have to pay for your own flights but everything else is within the cost. When we arrived in izmir we were greeted by a lovely man who took us to the hotel. The hotel was lovely it was called the Archstone. The nxt day we had our first appointment, we had a 3D xray to determine the procedures, there was additional cost because from the pictures we sent they can't see what's happening in the gums. The clinic was beautiful, the lady who was looking after us Natalia was brilliant she made us so confortable and explained everything from what was going to happen, the dentists, assistants and surgeons were friendly, careing and very good at what they do.You have gr8 aftercare. Everyone within the clinic we're lovely. There was also a lovely lady who always made us tea or coffee. We also had time to see the city, lovely bars, restaurants and markets. The taxis were cheap if you wanted to go further. We also met some lovely people in the hotel who were having similar work. We are back in October can't wait. So glad we did this.

Just returned after review at izmir clinic lovely clinic excellent service a d very friendly staff had 4 on 4 implants and some other dental treatment all has gone to plan excellent aftercare aswell. Thankyou

The Clinic is Izmir is excellent by far which used a very specialised dental surgeon to make me full reinforced crowns with a titanium bar for my upper jaw.
Seren was my translator and was very helpful and experienced in speaking English.

Beware of this group of reps as they will scam your money. They ARE NOT A adental clinic as they make out to be. They area group of representatives that had extortionate amounts of money to your medical bill. My ongoing issue has been going on for nearly a year now, and still, they are not dealing with anything as soon as they have your money they are done and not interested In you THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY

I recently traveled to Izmir turkey to have all on 4 treatment and I must say I was not disappointed. Even before I travelled casas clinic was already going above and beyond to help my trip be as stress free as possible. When I arrived my hotel was absolutely lovely. All transfers from airport to hotel and hotel to clinic was all very well organised and drivers was very helpful and professional. My representative was a lady name Sarah and I felt very comfortable and looked after with her by my side guiding and explaining every step to me. My nova was the clinic I went to everyone at there was so friendly and welcoming to me it made the whole experience very enjoyable and put all my concerns to bed. I am so happy with my temporary teeth and can not wait for my revisit in the summer. I have and will continue to recommend casas clinics to anyone considering treatment at a fraction of the price in the uk. They have changed my life and I will be forever grateful.

Me and my mam Teresa recently travelled to Izmir from the uk for treatment for her, she has had the first part of her treatment which is all on fours treatment, the agents at casa and staff at my nova dental practice have been amazing, espically Serena who meets you at the clinic on day one and the support she provides is just unremarkable.
I can’t thank everyone enough that has been involved in my mother’s treatment and we look forward to seeing you all in June for the final part of treatment.

I got in touch with Casas dental as I was interested in new teeth. After paying a deposit of £490. I arrived in Turkey on a Sunday night. First visit to the hospital, the rep didn't know who I was or why I was there. She then sent me downstairs with a strange from the same hotel I was staying at. After waiting around for over half an hour, the rep comes downstairs and introduced herself to me. No word of english, so communication break down, immediately. The I'm taken for an x-ray. Bearing in mind, that I had sent photos and a recent x-ray. Received my quote. After the x-ray, I'm taken to see, who I thought was the dentist, was a female in street clothes, ready to examine me. She look in my mouth and straight away the price went up 2000 pounds. And on top of that, they wanted to operate on me one day before getting on a flight back to UK. I was already anxious about the treatment I was to receive, but just from the initial visit to the hospital. I was past anxious, literally afraid. I did not trust the process after what I'd seen. The link I had via Whattsapp refused to pick up the phone. No face to face conversation. The pictures that were sent to me of where I would be staying, were nothing like where they took me to stay. Overall I was very disappointed. And I'm still here with our my new teeth. Have to start the process all over again. Complete waste of time and money. The Ever Hotel was another complete see disaster. Everything over priced. Thank God for the few local shops... For me it was a complete bust. Thank you Casas for nothing....

I visited DentGlow whilst accompanying my Son and ended up having spontaneous repairs to my teeth myself as I was so impressed with results from other. A huge thank you to Seren, who took care of every detail and madd sure our stay was stress free.. Amazing throughout and really looked after us . 5 ***** Going home with a BIG Smile 😊 Thank you x

My experience with Casas Clinic has been great all round. I arrived Monday night, received contact through what’s app from the clinic letting me know where I will be picked up from the airport, I got to the hotel and was pleasantly surprised with how nice it was and all the staff are very friendly and helpful!

I had an appointment in the morning with my transport booked for 8:30am, I arrived at the clinic and Serena was there to greet me! She explained everything to me and stayed by my side the whole time, her friendly nature makes it easy to relax and trust the process. I stayed at the clinic all day with even a bed to rest in afterwards!

After my consultation it was clear that what I originally wanted was not what the dentist recommended, in the end I had 6 implants, 5 extractions, two of them were complicated extractions, so two surgeries and a bone graft! But I had plenty of painkillers and medications! The dentist informed me of the aftercare that was needed and she said she did her best to even out both sides to ensure my crowns would be fitted as straight as possible.

Afterwards they did a mold fitting for my temporary teeth and got back to the hotel around 6pm. I can’t believe how much has been done in just one day! My next appointment was late Thursday afternoon to have my temporary teeth fitted and I fly back Friday morning.

I can’t believe how quick it’s gone and I can’t be more grateful! It can be so daunting not knowing the language but everyone really made an effort to help with whatever I needed!

Thank you again Serena and to the dental team! I’ll see you all again in 4 months when I’m healed and I get my crowns 😁 I seriously cannot wait!

Went to Turkey for dental implants was very nervous but from the time I arrived at the airport was treated well and soon calmed down following day was picked up and taken to clinic where I met the team and a very wonderful woman called Serena who certainly helped me feel relaxed was very helpful and caring .during the day I had all my surgeries which went without any problems after which Serena was again there to help out with any help I needed much appreciated
