I ordered my Case for my boyfriend exactly a month ago (Mar. 4), and just got it last week (Mar. 26), which I’m not too worried about, but they gave me the completely wrong case. I ordered the IPhone 17 pro max case, and it wasn’t the correct make. The camera cut was wrong, and the size was the size of a normal phone, not a max. I wrote them on their page under “contact us”, then i emailed them. I waited three business days and never got a response from them. I then emailed them again on Wednesday (April. 1) but I haven’t gotten ANY sort of response from them. I sent them the picture of the case I got, and I sent them proof of my receipt. I have not gotten any feedback and I’m very disappointed that I got the incorrect order and Ive had to wait for a response I still haven’t gotten!

Quality of the cases really good, also the service was great! They helped me out immediately! Hopefully they will have more designs soon.

I just received mine today and I love it. I was skeptical because there aren’t many outside reviews on the MagSafe magbak versions so I wasn’t expecting much with the quality but boy oh boy am I satisfied with the purchase. The designs are super clean and high quality. No, I’m not a bot in case you are wondering. If you’re skeptical about the cases you don’t have to worry about quality and they are not scammers so purchase worry free it’s worth it. It does take about 2 weeks for delivery to arrive if you are in the USA like me. Thanks CasesLab I will definitely be looking for more in the future. I do wish you had some designs from “Spy Family” and “That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime”. That would be sweet.

Super long delivery time, but it was genuinely worth the wait.
Case quality is perfect, it's thick and well built and the print quality on the case is really good.
Massive fan of the artwork, it looks exactly like it did on the website and that was worth the money.
Actually surprised they're as cheap as they were (mine was £22/23)
My only issue and it's why I didn't give 5* is because you can see the magsafe strip through the case, and I couldn't see it on the website (might have been an oversight on my part)
Will gladly buy another on when the time comes.

My order didn’t arrive and no updates received. Contacted caseslab but no response.

Case is great overall, but the case is a bit slippery and glides on surfaces. Art looks great, though.
