Extremely disappointed! I was very happy when I received it, but after 3 days the case started to peel, and the design began to fade. On top of that, I paid extra for the glossy finish. I had bought two, and the second one had exactly the same problem. Very poor quality.

First phone case I got from them started peeling the day I received it.

Straight away went to customer service and got a response instantly and already a warm kind response asking for proof of the issue. Photos sent, response back was that they'll send me a new one without having to send the old one back. Lovely service and haven't had any issues with my new case since!

Farbe blättert bereits ab nach nur 3-4Tagen gebrauch. Aber für die Tage sahs cool aus. Zusätzlich wurde mir erst noch die falsche hülle gesendet

I ordered a case from Tsukiya due to the videos shown on their Instagram, and the seemingly good reviews on here. It is now clear to me that the reviews are misleading at best.

The case took two weeks to arrive, which was fine as this was the stated time on their website. However, when it did arrive, the quality was poor. I paid for the gloss finish, but there is no gloss finish to speak of, and the print quality is nothing like the image shown on the website. What arrived is a product I would not pay £2.30 for, much less £23. Their Instagram posts are even more misleading! Not to mention, the case is so flimsy it would offer little protection to my phone if it were dropped.

When I tried to initiate a return, I was told that my eyes must be lying to me, that their cases are of the highest quality. I was also told I had to ship it to AUSTRALIA (I live in the UK) at my own expense in order to do so, this would cost over half of what I paid for the case. Had I known where the return would need to be shipped, I never would have risked buying this case.

Their customer service is atrocious, the tone of the email I received in response to my complaint was arrogant and dismissive, so I have raised a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. There is no way I am paying ~£12 to post something that I'm positive cost them less than £1 to manufacture. I have no doubt PayPal will side with me, as the evidence I have provided shows clearly that the product they sent me is substandard and not anything like their marketing.

they look cool but they peel too easy and it kinda ruins it, took two days for my brand new one to peel.

The shipment was faster than I thought. The quality of the cases were pretty good. It fits perfectly in my hand. I would really recommend this company, especially because of the big amount of choices you have.

Bought 4 cases from them last year and the quality was amazing. I changed phone recently and purchased a new case from them, the one I received started peeling off after 2 days! Contacted customer support and they shipped me a new one that also started peeling of after 2 days (half of the "sticker" almost gone after 1 week). Now the customer service is saying that the first exchange was a courtesy from them and they can't do it again!. They sell a defective product (twice in a row) and then hide. Avoid.

Livré dans les temps, par bateau je suppose donc plus écologique, c'est cool ! Et le produit est de super qualité.

I bought 2 cases, 1 for my phone and 1 for my partners phone.
Within about 2-3 weeks my picture started peeling off the case, my partners lasted a few weeks longer.
The actual transaction side was smooth and the delivery of the items was prompt.
I'm just very disappointed about the quality of the adherence of the picture to the phone cases, the picture itself looked excellent while it was all there.

Ho comprato una cover da questo sito a più di 20€ e purtroppo sol o dopo ho visto che LE STESSE IDENTICHE vengono vendute su siti cinesi a pochi euro .. inoltre dopo DUE SETTIMANE il disegno si è totalmente rovinato e cancellato (ovviamente è roba che viene da aliexpress)
