This company is a scam. They claim to give cash back but all they do is charge you $1 and automatically sign you up for a $20 a month membership without specifying in any way when trying to claim the cash back. And you dont receive your cash back.

Scam I just got a notification that they tried to take $20 from my account which led me to see I had a membership with them but the cancel membership is lock and you have to email support and hope they email you back. I'm not paying for a membership I never signed up for.

I was charged $20 every month for…
I was charged $20 every month for months for a service I did not knowingly intend to subscribe to. The charges continued from around March through August, and I only discovered them recently after my bank contacted me about the transactions.
I do not understand what service I received in exchange for these recurring $20 charges. The cashback promotion appears to have led to a recurring paid subscription that was not clear to me when I signed up. Had I understood that I would be charged $20 every month, I would never have agreed to it.
I have contacted my bank regarding these transactions and am disputing the charges. I also expect CashbackNow to cancel any subscription associated with my information and refund the charges.
Consumers should be extremely careful when entering their payment information for cashback offers and should carefully check whether they are agreeing to a recurring subscription.
This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I believe the recurring fee should have been made much clearer during signup.

When I called the number I was refused to speak with anyone by some AI bot telling me I had to email. If you think I'm gonna give you any more information after this you're out of your mind!

I've seen the replies from the company on here. They don't care about you, just your money. It's a scam. Don't fall for it. I don't care what they reply or claim to have shown me. They clearly say that you will get $20 cash back and you don't. The subscription is not clearly stated and this company deserves to be shut down. What a horrible business. You guys know it's wrong and you do it anyways.
Update: They did not cancel my account or refund me! Why are you guys lying? The terms were not clear and you know this.

Very unhappy
Very unhappy, I had no idea there was going to be a $20 dollar monthly charge after signing up and making an account, and a setting an account up fee. Before I could do anything money was charged and stolen on my bank account. I’ve emailed with no real response and I’ve called only for an automated ai voice to lie and say I was getting a full refund. I’ve longed canceled my account and subscription to prevent them from charging me again and I still haven’t got my refund and it’s been way past the time they said it would come. What is going on?!

Charged me $20 unbeknownst to me!
Like many others you will not realize that they signed you up for a trial and will charge you $20 by the end of it!! I have contacted their number and their email to ask for a refund and I still have not gotten it. It has been 2 weeks since my initial inquiry to them. I am a college student with not enough money and they do this to me!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I did not authorize to be charged for this service. When I try to login on this organizations site, it tells me I don’t have an account. Yet, they have billed me $20 for their service. I have called twice to get this cancelled and get a refund but nothing has been done in the last 4 weeks. FRAUD!

Bait and Switch thieves
I was buying something online. Up comes a popup saying I am due $20 cashback on my credit card. I fill it out and up comes another popup telling me I have to pay a $20 monthly fee for Cash back now membership. I close the window. 4 days later the fraud section of my credit card calls up. They charged me. I told them what happened a bait and switch which I did not authorize. I called these people up and AI answered. I told in uncertain terms that if they did not cancel and give me back my money there would be trouble. It was a secure transaction, and I use McAfee and VPN. I am set up with no popups.
I cant understand why an Israeli company wants to stel from us!
