This site is the worst. They are crooks. They get your order wrong. There is no way to get them to correct it. They send you the wrong items. And then they disappear and answer no emails. Then the constantly send you ads. Even after you’ve asked 10 times to get off their list and to ride the wrong they won’t do it spend your money somewhere else. These guys will take it and screw you and you will find it. There is no way to right their wrong.

Review Fine Print Very Careful Related to Number of Bottles
I had been searching for a specific 94 rated 2019 Bordeaux. I located many wine retailers online that are selling ~$32 per bottle. While reviewing prices, I notice that CaskCartel.com lists a price of $149.99 and immediately think this is for six bottles or maybe some type of overstock price for a case. I read the fine print on the website and the price is for one bottle. Also listed is 375ml at $129.99 plus $50.38 shipping for a total of $180.37 for a half bottle. I was very close to being ripped off, so please review the fine print or better yet, keep scrolling to a different site.

I consider this fraud....
I spent nearly $500 for a bottle of Hooghoudt Bruine Jenever and a bottle of Martin Miller's Westbourne Strength Gin, and while shipping and billing was incredibly smooth, I did not receive what I ordered. I received inferior substitutions that I could have purchased locally (Hooghoudt Sweet Spiced and Martin Miller's regular gin). The bottles aren't even the same size...this was intentional. It is fraud when a company knowingly sends out a product that a consumer did not order. This was the 1st, and it will be the last order I place with this company. I can't get anyone on the phone or a response to my online inquiries, so essentially I paid $500 for $75 worth of product.

If I could give zero stars I would. This website is such a scammer. I ordered 2 bottles 3 weeks before Christmas and still yet to receive anything. When I email about my order I get the run around. But they were quick to take the money from my account without even shipping the product. I will be reporting this to my bank as a scam and reporting to better business bureau. DO NOT buy from this website. They are complete scammers

I would give zero stars if I could. I placed an order three weeks before I needed the bottle of very expensive bourbon to give as a gift. Almost two weeks later it hasn’t shipped. Every single day I check the status and it is always “unfulfilled.” When I inquired they sent me a copy of their return policy stating they have 30 days to fulfill an order before I’m entitled to a refund. In the age of Amazon, there’s NO REASON tor an in-stock item not to ship the first business day after the order is received. Absolutely ridiculous.

Recently I ordered some South African gin from another website. It was about $45 for 700ml. I came across this website that was selling a triple pack for $129. So I ordered it.
They sent three minis. Yup $129 for 150ml total. They then charged $45 for shipping. Complete rip off stay away. Nothing worse than lying cheaters. Mf'ers.

My wife identified an obscure liqueur…
My wife identified an obscure liqueur made in the UK somewhere in her reading or travels. She emailed to ask if I might be able to locate an outlet for purchase. I found it at a couple of large east coat U.S. retailers, the closest of which was about 250 miles from where we reside. Neither outlet I found would ship to our address in upstate New York. Tried Cask Cartel who immediately accepted my order. My order was placed September 6. Today is September 11 and my wife picked up her liqueur shipped by Cask Cartel's 'fulfillment partner' (my term) this afternoon at our local FedEx office. Contents undamaged and product as ordered. Not a price bargain, but service quick and efficient in our case.

$400 for a $30 bottle of rosé? Really?
I wanted to purchase a bottle of Gusbourne rosé I had tried at a friend's house while in England. It was from a UK vineyard. When I found it on Cask Cartel, the price was listed at $398.99. Add their whopping $185.99 for shipping and that's a total of $584.98. Or I could purchase from the vineyard for 25 British Pounds with free shipping. Had I requested delivery in the US, buying from Cask Cartel would be $449.37. Buying from the vineyard would still be 25 British Pounds...and I bet adding international shipping would still prove to still be a huge savings over the crazy price on this website.

This site checked me out behind the…
This site checked me out behind the scenes without me actually checking out. Additionally, the price of the bottles doubled between the time I had put it in my cart and the time they checked me out without my permission resulting in a $211 charge to my credit card that I discovered. I immediately tried contacting them via phone and via email. Via phone they weren't there until Monday (not available during weekend) so I called on Monday and they said I would need to talk to a manager who had contacted me via email. My email from the manager looked like they never read my email as it simply told me again what I ordered. I responded immediately to this email explaining the situation and never received a response. This is fraud and I had to cancel my credit card due to this which has been a major inconvenience. Either they have very poor e-commerce systems OR they are crooked. Customer Service is great if you have a question about your order but the managers are horrible.

I give it 1 star because I could not give it 0 Stars...First reason: The time from when I ordered till when the product arrived was almost 1 month and then it was only after I continuously checked in on the purchase. Second reason: The products I ordered came without the bottle seals on them...I have no idea what was in those bottles and would never trust the product given there was no seal. Third reason: 1 of the bottles was damaged as the cap would not turn so the bottle could be opened. It appeared to have been screwed on wrongly and then would not loosen, no matter what we tried. Mind you this was a purchase that cost me more than $500 for 2 special bottles of premium gin made in France. I do not recommend this retailer in fact I say they are a scam and should be avoided at all costs.

Scam. You basically order from their website and then they find it locally and ship it. They have no inventory. I ordered whiskey for my dad’s birthday. Two days later they email me that they couldn’t find it at that price but would look for another 48 hours. It would be too late for the birthday so I asked to cancel the order. They said too bad, our terms of service says we can fulfill order with 3rd so you can’t cancel. Do not use.

I order 2 bottles of Bellion Vodka on March 23, 2023. It is now April 18, 2023 and I still haven’t received my shipment. I’ve contacted there customer service dept. several times. They informed me that their website states in fine print, they’re allowed up to 30 days for delivery!!!! I’ll be calling my bank on May 5th to get a refund!!

I ordered two bottles of Beluga Vodka. Was sent two bottles of random bourbon. The return process was WAY too complicated exchanging emails back and forth. I have to send pictures of the bourbon and the box. Vodka was never sent. Order was placed on March 11 and still have not received a refund or my vodka. Shop elsewhere this company has some work to do. Do research on the refund policy. I ordered without looking and regret it. And was never offered anything for the inconvenience. Bummer.
