This is the second time been to see Cassie about a build up of wax in my ears. Again a great service, very professional, shown before and after photos of my ear canal , results are amazing.

Cassie is very professional and a lovely friendly person. I had an uncomfortable wax buildup in my ears which was affecting my hearing. I cannot recommend Cassie enough. I was given an appointment for the next day and the problem was quickly resolved. Her prices are also very reasonable. I will definitely return to see her again if the need arises.

Cassie is really friendly and extremely professional.
I had accumulated rather a large amount of earwax, as I use In Ear Monitors for work and sleep with ear plugs, so I have been compacting the wax.
Not a problem for Cassie. Microsuction was fine for one ear, but the other one was a bit more stubborn, so some warm water irrigation was needed, but it didn't take long and hey presto I could hear properly again.
It was totally painless and she explained every step along the way.
The price is much cheaper than others I have seen and there is a £5 reduction if you pay in cash.
I am very pleased with the results and cannot recommend highly enough.

I urgently needed ear wax removal, I couldn't hear in one ear. A quick Google search found Cassie, I messaged her and she gave me an appointment that evening.

Turned our both ears were blocked and she used water irrigation and micro suction to clear them.

Cassie was amazing, she seen me the day I messaged and communicated everything to me before hand, her website is also really helpful as well! Made me comfortable as soon as I met her, she showed me inside both my ears and thankfully it didn’t require too much attention but now I can hear in my left ear she also manually cleaned both my ears. I had a problem with one ear getting clogged up. I had a day off and managed to get an appointment same day. The cost is less than everywhere else in Edinburgh and the problem was resolved same day. Excellent service highly recommended.
