First visit:

My first consultation with Dr Haroon was very in-depth and it was made clear I didn't need anything done, but I was told what would objectively benefit me if it was what I wanted. I mentioned I was thinking about nose filler but was advised it probably wouldn't make much difference, so wasn't the best use of my money (again, absolutely no hard sell, just a focus on what would genuinely improve how I felt about my appearance). It was also explained how there are different types of filler and only premium filler is used. I trusted the approach and we came up with a plan I was happy with.
The procedures weren't painful at all and the whole appointment was extremely thorough. I've felt so rushed at other places before, absolutely not the case here. I was able to look in the mirror and was asked my own opinion about how I felt it looked as areas were treated, checking in different light too. I was never rushed. I mentioned there was one skin fold around my nose to mouth I didn't like, and it was explained this could be filled very superficially. I said yes, and it looks great now.
I'm so glad I had the chance to stop, look, and actually see how it was all coming together, being asked what I thought throughout. A really collaborative approach with my best interest and the outcome clearly at the forefront. It's hard to explain exactly, but I just look like myself, fresher and less tired, exactly in line with the other natural results I've seen. Really delighted. 10/10, 10000% recommend.
I’d also like to note that I personally like that it is the same doctor always based at the same location (many clinics do pop ups or rent spaces around different places and so aren’t always there, you can never be sure which dr you’re going to see/ can’t always contact the doctor you first saw etc) - that is not the case with mindful aesthetics and I find that very very reassuring.

Second visit:

I went back to mindful aesthetics for a second time and explained that I felt so happy with the work done beforehand (taking me from feeling old and tired to feeling pretty good) that I now wanted a bit more of a confidence boost, like a "wow" factor. We discussed what would be suitable and he was again very thorough, suggesting only half a ml at most in the lips and a small amount of cheek filler on the apex. As many others have mentioned, and I have too, there's zero upsell. He flat out said he wouldn't even think to do my jaw, again that doing my nose wouldn't be the best use of my money. I explained I was thinking about neck Botox and why, and he again explained it wouldn't be worth the money, but crows feet, masseter, forehead and frown would be a - and he was absolutely correct. He also took the time to explain who is a candidate for various treatments and who isn't, and was really knowledgeable on jaw Botox for cosmetic reasons but also for helping with my teeth clenching.
I went to two weddings recently and finally felt actually confident for the first time since turning 30 ( seven years ago!!). So so so so so delighted.

Cannot speak highly enough of Doctor Haroon. 10000/10. So happy with the results and will be a regular.

Very happy to highly recommend Dr Haroon. I had an issue with dark circles and under eye bags, I'm late 50's and due to facial fat loss I felt I constantly looked tired and older than I was. After a consultation with various clinics I decided to book in with Dr Haroon, and I'm so pleased I did!. We decided on 'tear tough filler ' and just a little bit for cheeks as support and to make it blend better. Dr Haroon took time to explain everything in simple terms, he was happy to answer all questions, nothing was rushed and at every stage he checked that I felt OK. The procedure was a weird sensation (as he explained) but was not painful and all completed in about 20 minutes. As explained it took 7-10 days to totally settle and when it did I was delighted with the results, subtle natural looking lift bags and dark circles 90% better. My first appointment was 18 months ago and I've just been back for a top up, again totally happy wouldn't even think about using anyone else, his skills and experience are obvious.

This was my third visit to the clinic and another fantastic experience with Dr. Haroon.

This is my second visit to Doctor Haroon and his skill and expertise is quite exceptional, he takes a great deal of time listening and understanding what you want to achieve then explaining the procedure and outcome. I am thrilled with the results from both visits. Doctor Haroon is ethical and honest and will not do a procedure unless he feels the outcome will be enhancing, I didn’t want to look ridiculous I want to look natural but fresher and better. Met Dr. Haroon for the first time on July 13th 2025 for having loose volume on one side of my lower face, I told him that one side was fuller than the other. He initiated dissolving first then fillers after that, so i agreed because i thought he had the knowledge. I woke up on the 14th of July 2025 with a complete flat face.I contacted him and express my worries to him,he then re assured me that, the area will rehydrate in the next few weeks and things will improve. It's been almost 10 months and my lower face has gotten worse than ever before. I have very deep lines on my nasolabial folds and very uneven face. I've contacted him about this issue on numerous times but he refused to take any responsibility for his actions. I've got all evidence from before meeting him up to date and have tried expressing how disappointed and depressed i am because of my face.
