The service was good and the people were very nice. The RV had a couple of minor things the had to be touch up and a cap had to be replace. The team did take care of it.

Great buying experience. They brought our travel trailer down from Logan to Helper for us and it was great! It was a very good price, too. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

We did not go into Castle Country RV expecting you buy. As we pulled onto their lot. A salesman named Steve came out and greeted us, we told him we were just looking. He said “Great glad to have you here, if you have any questions come get me”.
My wife and I looked around the lot for about an hour. He came back out and asked us how we were doing. We said we had some questions for him, would he have a few minutes to answer them. He answered all of our questions and then asked which campers were we looking at. We told him and he walked through the three we were looking at and told us the good and the bad about each of them. At no point did our salesman Steve ever say anyone about us buying today or pressuring us into buying one of there campers. After we walked through all three of the campers we liked, he did say would you like me to get you some pricing on them for you. I said sure but reminded him we were just looking, getting ideas. I did say if the price is right we would think about it more. As he left to go get us pricing I turned to my wife and said here we go. Now he’s going to try and pressure us into buying.
He came back out and asked if we needed a hitch or a generator added in. I told him that yes we would like that. He said ok come on in and we will get you the numbers. We went inside he gave us the numbers and then said, I understand your just looking, but here are the prices I can get you. Is there anything else I can do for you today.
That was it no sales pitch no saying these prices are only good for today. No what will it take you to buy today. None of that. Just here’s the pricing this is what I can do.
The pricing was so good my wife and I told him that we would like to get one of the campers we looked at. It was close to closing time but that did not matter to Steve he took care of us and made sure we were happy.
When we went to pick up our camper my wife and I made sure everything was how we wanted it. There were a few things we wanted fixed, Steve made sure everything was do to our satisfaction before we pulled off the lot.
We would both recommend going to Castle Country Rv in Helper Utah, and talking with Steve, will treat you right.

I sent then 3 emails with concerns after the sale and NO ONE bothers to answer. Before the sale they answered right away. I was trying to be helpful and sent these so they learn what needs to be changed on their part the next time they sell an RV; I wasn’t asking for anything. I do feel that I got a fair price on the trade in of my camper and paid a fair price for the RV, so this is not the issue.
• Before the sale, we asked them several times to make sure the RV was winterized, but when we arrived after a 10-hour drive, it was not. So, we had to wait while they winterized it, but after the first weekend home after @ 17-degree night, the refrigerator ice tray had frozen water in it, so I am very concerned that the lines were not completely winterized.
• We were quoted a lightweight aluminum fifth wheel hitch, but when we arrived to have it installed, they said they didn’t have one in stock and wanted to sell us a heavy, more expensive hitch. They knew we were coming so why didn’t they make sure they had the correct one in stock? So, I ended up having to give them all my Torklift camper tie downs, and hardware in order to compensate them for the higher priced hitch because I refused to pay more. I was planning on selling these parts which are very expensive, and could have gotten several hundred dollars for them.
• The RV was originally in their north store, but the sales person convinced us to drive a couple hours farther to pick it up. He said their techs were much better than their store than the north store. He said if we did then we could get $100.00 worth of merchandise in their store, which never happened.
• It was very obvious that he gentleman who gave us the tour and was to explain everything about the RV knew nothing about our RV. It was very general and brief, and when he opened the door to the valves, the water heater screen/plug was sitting there. He picked it up and had no idea what it was for. I had done a lot of research before buying it, so I had to show him what it was and where it installed in the water and he was very surprised.
• After hitching up the RV to head home, I asked for help setting up the truck brake gain and he said he would. When we purchased a previous DRV fifth wheel, the tech rode with me and helped to set it up. All this guy did was to tell me to set it at 10 and if I feel the RV brakes grabbing, then reduce the gain in steps. We headed home and the first part of the trip down several thousand feet of a steep downhill grade to Salt Lake City, I am really lucky the engine brake was able to control my descent without needing brakes, because it turns our I had no trailer brakes at all. I discovered this when driving through stop and go traffic in Spokane and I could smell hot brakes, so I stopped and the truck brakes were very hot and the RV brakes were very cold. I discovered that there is a setting in the truck that has to be set to electric to Hydraulic brakes that the RV had so the truck would communicate with the RV. We are so lucky we didn’t loose the truck brakes on our 10 hr drive home. Never had these kinds of RV brakes before so knew nothing about this setting.

Was told it was detailed clean and ready to go and that the tires would take an hour to change over. 5 wheel was very dirty In and out was never pressure washed or cleaned. The walk around to show how things work was very fast but questions were answered. Solar ready was not on the trailer so they put one on. No Central vac as advertised but did not realize till I got the rig home. Sales person said hi and left never seen him again to make sure all was good. They took 7 hrs to get me going Les swab held up things too! After 7 hrs setting my truck 220 to go home. That rig was no why ready to go! No contact after the sale to see how things are!

I am giving Castle Country 5 stars due to the fact of how my wife and I were treated. They made us feel very at home when we arrived. We traveled 3 hours to pick up our RV. They were very busy the weekend we wanted to pick up the RV and said they could do it the following weekend. My wife was set to have surgery and we could not make it up the following weekend. Castle Country worked it out that we could pick up the RV the weekend we desired. They went above and beyond for us. Thank you to everyone involved and especially to Staci Larson

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle or RV. Every staff member was so kind and really gave us first class service. I would gladly do business with them again.

If I could leave negative stars I would!! From start to finish I’ve had one issue after another. We had to have a hitch installed that ended up taking over 6 hours and we were quoted 2. Our camper had some cosmetic issues upon inspection those issues were never addressed with the MFGR. Slept in my brand new camper 2 nights after a total of 80 miles of travel to our location and home...NUMEROUS ISSUES with the unit came to light so we contact Castle Country RV...seemed as though things were going to be set straight I’m a quick fashion or so I was told. After weeks of phone calls and little to no response from Castle Country and between pointing fingers from MFGR and Castle Country I picked up my camper with half the work done that was supposed to be!! very very dissatisfied and wouldn’t buy a dog house from these people!!!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Their pricing was the best we could find in the state. Their walk-through orientation was very thorough and easy to follow. I definitely recommend them if you're in the market for a trailer or motorhome.
