The EPC appointment was only a few days after booking it, the assessor arrived on time, was a very likeable and pleasant chap, got on promptly with the tasks at hand (which included producing a floor plan), and the output was provided to the estate agent the following morning with a link to the online EPC emailed to us. The admin of confirming the appointment and making a payment was all done online and very simple to do. I'd definitely use Crown EPC again and happily recommend them to others.
