EPC were very prompt and efficient and…

EPC were very prompt and efficient and the customer service from the first phone call all the way through to recieving the certificate has been fantastic and stress free. The surveyor was very friendly and approachable. He informed me with what was he was doing at all times.

Good level of contact prior to visit to ensure appointment fitted in well with our day.

Great Service

Great Service! Really helpful and efficient assessor who was quickly able to explain the main areas where I could improve the rating if required. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced and efficient service.

Had text message of days they could…

Had text message of days they could come out,
Then had phone call to say I had to make payment I was not going to be there,
Then had a text message saying they passed information to estate agents,
Sent email to estate agents to get copy, no answer
Still have no idea what I have paid for, other than I needed one

I needed an express service, castle e p c was quick to Immediate response and visit. Excellent service, Very informative. Received my report on time as promised. Geraint is a star. I would 'Most highly recommend'
