Jake came to my home to complete an EPC rating. He was friendly and respectful of both myself and my partner who works from home. Professional from the off, giving explanations of what to expect & the timescale for when to expect it.

Excellent service from start to finish. Communication was good to organise visit, Jake arrived early and also answered some additional questions I had. The EPC report was available the next day.

Was having trouble getting hold of a company to do an EPC due to Christmas period, was recommended Castle EPC by a friend. Emailed them and got a response straight away, came the next morning and I had the EPC by the afternoon! Can’t fault them, Geraint was so friendly and helpful. Thank you guys!

We had our EPC done at the end of August - it was done after being cancelled several times.

After a what is happening phone call from the estate agent it was suddenly made available - this is not the service I expect when paying for it!

I contacted 5 local companies to get an EPC done. Castleepc replied straight away, 2 others took over a week to get back and the other 2 needed chasing up (one of whom still hasn't replied!)

This company are extremely professional with excellent communications regarding appointment and payment options.

The assessor arrived promptly and was really friendly and courteous. He took time to explain the process and even got the results back to me the same day.

I really can't praise them highly enough.
