Shaun is an excellent instructor, pitches the trining at the right level and is extremely knowledgeable in his field.

Just completed my FREC3 course with CTS, and I honestly can’t recommend Shaun and Jen enough. Both are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely passionate about what they do.

The training was engaging, and packed with real-world scenarios from there years of experience. Shaun has a brilliant way of explaining complex topics so they actually make sense with a northern attitude.

They go above and beyond to make sure everyone leaves confident and capable, not just ticking boxes.

If you’re thinking about doing your FREC or any other medical training, these guys are great!

Absolutely outstanding instructors — their knowledge, professionalism, and teaching style were exceptional. I’ve gained insights and skills that I never even realised I was missing. Attended the course ‘Understanding ECG - part one’. As a student paramedic this course was absolutely brilliant in helping my understanding around the anatomy and physiology of the heart (with an amazing dissect the heart practical) and how this relates and interprets the ECG findings. Led by a very experienced Paramedic. I look forward to attending ECG part 2 at the end of the year!

Great first aid training today. Sean was incredible at his job keeping the training fun and relevant and had a really good sense of humour keeping us gripped. Learnt things I did not know and would be happy to follow on to the 3 day course if ever needed.
