I recently purchased a white Ford Focus 1.5 Titanium, and I'm very pleased with both the car and the overall buying experience. The sale with Michael went very smoothly from start to finish, with clear communication and no pressure at any stage. The whole process was incredibly smooth, Michael answered all of my questions super quickly. He stayed on top of the purchase and kept me up to date as soon as there was more information available, I really appreciated how friendly and informative he was throughout the purchase.

The staff member who I dealt with at the dealership ( I didn’t catch his name ) was super quick and efficient, it was a good experience over all.

Top marks for sales and straight forward. What let them down was the car was dirty. I had lolly pop sticks in the air vents. Paint on the seats and it stunk of wet dog. After a day both rear tyres sensors came up flashing with a malfunction. They said their valeter was on holiday. Anybody can clean a car out .....

I saw a gorgeous VW Polo online at Catalina of Stanningley, and immediately called for availability and went over to have an in-person look. Steve was fantastic and rolled down the windows for me in preparation during the heatwave. Due to me being on a spousal visa I've been rejected for finance/leasing over 15 times in the last year, and Steve managed to get me finance on the vehicle for a good price on the day! We're very happy with the level of service from Steve and Catalina of Stanningley

Every was all fast smooth as I arrived to pick my new car up can not fault any of the staff all was friendly and fantastic best dealership I’ve been too

I had originally given 5 stars however now 1.

Bought a Range Rover and within 2 months were diff is knackered. Bought the extended warranty so thought happy days im covered, oh no 2 and a half weeks later with no car and I’m still chasing only to find out this place won’t reply back to the warranties company. Peeved isn’t the only word I can say.

Will be following this up further as currently no car and 2 kids to get to school is difficult not to mention a failed diff inside 2 month!! I’m starting to think it was knackered when I bought it

First class service from all the staff, michael made sure everything was ready on the day of sale, car was prepared to an immaculate standard and with full test ready to go. Very happy with my new motor.
