Everything was ok , but this time - i packed food for my client , and the lid was different size than base .It was terrible when cuatomer waiting and the medium size lid doesnt match medium size base …

Hi Claire. So sorry to hear about this. The goods were despatched on time and we pay our couriers for a Next Day Service so ( providing you order before 2pm on Monday to Friday ) they should arrive Next Day as we state on our site. Our couriers are usually very reliable but on this occasion they have let us and you down. Have the goods arrived now ?

We ordered some buffet trays with lids a couple of days ago and were amazed at the very fast delivery time.
The price of the trays was also amazing.

On the last three orders I’ve placed…
On the last three orders I’ve placed they seem to have no stock,technical issues, or machine breakdowns I struggle that a company supposedly this large and products so popular don’t have some stock buildup or is just my bad luck??

Thank you for your review ad sorry to hear about your issues. It does seem that you have been very unlucky as our products are replenished daily to ensure we remain in stock. We did have a major breakdown with one machine ( which has now been resolved) and this may have caused a delay to your order. The great news is that we had another new machine delivered last week in order to cope with the growing demand for our products.
