I made an order for 50g of flower and on checkout it claimed that they guaranteed fast and secure shipping between 2-4 working days. I placed my order on a Wednesday and they only dispatched my order on the following Monday. It took 5 days just to dispatch my order. It’s currently Friday and when I go to track my order it just says “currently travelling to designated country”. Once my delivery reaches the uk I will have to wait for it to clear customs and then wait even longer for Royal Mail to receive my order and delivery it to me. This is the first time I’ve ordered from here and it’s coming up to 2 weeks waiting for my delivery. Terrible first impressions as they specify a guaranteed fast international shipping and delivery service. I have no clue if the product will be good or not as I took a gamble trying out something new.

One of the worst places to order cbd from. They claim to have offers on and when you order they send you less then what you have paid for and then tell you your lying when they dont send the full order.I spent over £2000 and they tottally disregard loyalty and are extremely rude. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to be scammed

Well I’m having problems with even being able to buy anything keeps saying the payment page can’t load up n the Klarna part doesn’t work either like how is everything paying for it but it won’t let me tried emailing them no answer like seems all about off to me even thou prices n buds look banging

Very good company to deal with, in my experience I was a bit sceptical with it all my first time but it was all OK black Friday slowed the post a bit but apart from that it was a very smooth transition from order to recip. I just made my second order because of the value for money.

My parcel says on tracking that there is an issue with the delivery address, it's not complete. I've used the same address for the last few orders also, which leads me to believe there was an error on there side, parcel force says they can't amend it and contact my sender . I'm now trying to contact the company via many emails, no telephone number active and I've heard no response. In a situation like this it's very frustrating not being able to communicate with them , I'm in limbo about the parcel. can somebody contact me please

Voici, le résultat, de ma commande #3640994834 DU 3/04/2025 et reçu le 12/04/2025, La premiere photo est ce que elle vendait Couleur Rose VIF,les deux autres photos sont ce que j'ai reçu Rose pale,L'emballage nul les 2 branches de fleurs sont dégarnie et sont cassée, c'est moche!elle persiste a me dire que c'est du rose vif, faut qu'elle se lave les yeux, elle me prends pour une imbécile, je demande le remboursement, P.vdm
