The cheapest clothes. Seams inside out. Cheap material. The worst customer service ever

The worst experience. First the online system didnt apply the online discount or ask if I wanted free shipping. I immediately contacted customer service within minutes. The next I was told that they couldn't find my order and couldn't help. They deducted the entire amt from my PayPal immediately. Then I recvd a total of 5 responses from a different customer service person and they wouldn't honor it. I got a delivery notice 10 days ago that it was shipped. Today i learned that it has lot been shipped. This is my first and last experience. I'm trying to cancel my order and the system cant find the order. Horrible!

I bought a dress from cathybuy in the picture it looks looked long and flowing very elegant when I got it it was short small not even the size that it says I wear a size 10 to 12 so I order an extra-large and I can't even get it on it's such a cheap quality I asked to return it and they said they can give me $5 to $7 refund the dress was someplace around $37 you will be very disappointed if you buy anything from this company

I ordered items. They sent one. When I contacted them they said I ordered a popular item and they would send it asap. Months went by and now they refuse to send the items or refund my money. Very frustrating to have a company basically rob you.

Terrible clothing. Size is wrong. Clothing described as cotton or linen are synthetic. Unable to return items. The return exchange link on website takes you to a payment page and customer service link doesn't work. Do not shop here.

this is a fraudulent company. their clothes are made in China. they are the wrong size and do not fit. They do not arrive for months on end. they are sold by some chinese person in california who blankets the internet. there is no return address given or point of contact for customer service so money is totawlly gone. DONT BUY--be wise about your monehy

I just received my clothing order after waiting over a month. I have never been more disappointed in my life. The clothing is of very poor quality and not fit to wear. Every single item is unwearable, not at all as described, and WAY too small ever though I ordered two sizes larger XXL they are all sized small. This website are nothing less then FRAUD!

I wish like heck I would have looked deeper into the reviews. I read a couple and they were glowing reviews. Now that I finally received my order a month later I am so disappointed with them. The clothes are not what it seems online. I will only be dealing with companies I am familiar with. First of all they doubled my order and now Cathybuy only wants to refund a portion of the my money. I am being billed $88.64 twice, I will be talking to my credit card company to see if they can do something about this.

I am very sorry that I purchased from this site. Although we know that clothes sent from China are typically smaller than the sizes here in the USA, the items i recently received not only were excessively small but not indicative of the images that the website advertised. One dress was so small and made out of the wrong material also not even close to the picture on the site .. that it looked more like a cotton t shirt for my 10 year old daughter. These were gifts for larger size family members so the item I am referring to was a dress indicated 2x.. and it looked like a t shirt for my 10 year old. almost 100 dollars later i am disappointed.. sending everything back .. and asking for a full refund..

I ordered from the company and wish I had read the reviews prior to the order. Quality of the clothing was horrible. Nothing like what was pictured online. Customer service was even worse. They would only contact you thru email @ 2 & 3am. If you responded it would be the next morning same time before they got back to you. Very unprofessional. They gave you only a few days to return items. It took the long of time to get in contact with their so call customer. Please do not order anything from this website no matter how good it look!! Think these items are being made in someone's basement!!

I bought a dress that says polyester, when it came it was more like chiffon and the design was completely different from the pictured item. I thought the dress was coming from China, but it was shipped from New Jersey. The ugliest made dress I've seen in my life, they only offered $5 refund of $7 site coupon... I

Fake merchandise was sent to me! It doesn’t look like on a picture at all. Even sizing is different. No maney back no return label were provided . Do not spend your money and time. It’s a fake no quality merchandise.

Unfortunately my item never arrived. I have contacted them by email on numerous occasions and although they do reply I have not yet received the refund that they say is being processed . This has been going on for 2 months.
I definitely would not recommend buying from this company unless you want to say goodbye to your money and not receive your goods.

Worst experience ever with a retailer!!! I purchased item money was retrieved immediately from account! I never received a confirmation of order received from them directly! A month and a half later order never arrived contacted customer service about order it took “10” separate emails of going back in forth about one item that they had in stock when I purchased but somehow it became high demand and they no longer have the item currently! Offered me a $5 coupon to shop from them again! They never contacted me via email,text, or phone to explain the problems they where having! Finally after 2months later “I” contacted them to demand a refund! Now I have to wait 15 additional work days for this refund! Unprofessional I will never order from them again family and friend included!!! I would highly suggest finding your item somewhere else!!!

for the sake of all you fashion lovers out there, this is the site to visit. delivery is done right as scheduled and my kids loved the sweaters. keep up the good work

fabric quality is amazing, they are serious about their clients, discounts are off this word. its hard finding something to blame them on since they do what they came to do, and thats to sell.
