Excellent products but …
Products are of high quality as experienced from past deliveries. However lack of a means of tracking delivery or even an advice of anticipated date and time of delivery meant days of waiting at home as I didn’t want to risk frozen goods being delivered without being able to place immediately in a freezer.

We aim to deliver with a few days, this does depend on the day the order is placed - our friendly delivery drivers are on the road Tuesdays - Saturdays. I hope you'll find a suitable date next time. Having ordered my fish online I heard nothing for 2 or 3 weeks to say when the fish was to arrive. It was not until I sent another message that I heard back with delivery date. Dissapointing.

Prompt delivery and delicious fish
The fish arrived promptly, well packed in the polystyrene box. Portions are very generous. So far we have eaten the salmon and cod which were both very good
