I’ve recently purchased some waistcoats for my upcoming wedding to match an existing suit.
Firstly, the quality of these products is excellent and very well tailored!
I had to order some different sizes and colours, for multiple members of the wedding party and the customer service I received in this process was second to none. I naturally had to return some items and the team at Cavani went above and beyond to help me with this.
I definitely will be returning in the future.

Jeans arrived very quickly (72 hours). Product great quality and fits perfectly.

I’ve been a customer of House Cavani for a number of years now, and between retail and online purchases I’ve bought over 40 suits from them plus lots of other products javkets,ties, shoes the lot. The quality, pricing, and consistency have always been second to none.

Recently, I had a small issue with an order and was looked after by Zoya. From the moment I contacted her, she was immediately on the case. She went above and beyond to resolve the problem quickly and professionally, and genuinely restored my faith in online retail. Lovely dark blue tweed blazer half price absolute bargain, well packaged and a suit cover free, what more could you want from Cavani, amazing product quick delivery and cant fault a thing!

I placed an order for 5 suits for different people, in different sizes. The order confirmation then came through to my email with 5 suits of exactly the same size. All 34/28. I then had to place another order. When the incorrect order then arrived I was then charged to return. Very disappointed in the service.

Once the correct suits arrived from the other order, they were great, had to return some in exchange for different size but this time I wasn’t charged to return.

The suits themselves are really good quality.

The quality and design of all 3 items was very good. I ordered 3 piece suit and 2 pair of jeans for my husband. The size was spot on. All 6 products. My husband was very very pleased with all of them and wanted to keep all of them. Last Saturday he went out wearing one pair of dark jeans, a blue jacket and a vest (all 3 products from Cavani) and he said he looked amazing and received many compliments.

Great product. great price

Blazer looked a great style however, slim fit 40” was too tight on the arms and the material, very rough which was put down to its mix of 10% wool, 90% polyester. Sizing chart was confusing as it referred to numbers but there was no diagram to reference against. Also worth noting, you pay for delivery and you pay for returns so best to be 100% confident before you buy.

Great quality suits and speedy delivery, customer service were very helpful! Would highly recommend

Ordered a quarter zip mens cardigan in medium. Arrived the same week and fits very well. Now have two of them. Good material and the fit is excellent. Excellent communication with the company and they were very helpful.

My partner and I went into the norwich store for the House of Cavani recently to look at wedding suits as we are getting married soon. It was a little busy at the time and we were assisted by a member of staff there who was going between multiple people. Seamlessly through talking with him we realised they were by themselves as their colleague was ill. Watching them work was incredible they were able to have 4 separate conversations and saw to everyone with ease. They took their time and at no point my partner and I felt rushed. We are hoping to be back in a couple of months to properly start getting wedding suits but if the quality of service is this good from one member of staff going between this many people I can't begin to imagine how good the service is when it's one on one.

I can't recommend this place enough.

But alas I do have one point of criticism for Henry's impeccable service which is now my partner has seen first hand that men can actually multitask without complaining. So Henry you have cost me one of my best excuses aside from that well done my friend. Cavani is lucky to have you I look forward to seeing you again soon.

Have ordered a few different items now and all of it has been very nice. Had to return some trousers as they were a size too small but the returns and re-order process was really easy and the bigger size was sent out straight away.
