This the second time I've used Cavendish Online . Their advisors are well informed and helpful. Everything is transparent and the prices are very, very competitive. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Arranging this cover was only as complicated as it needed to be, clearly explained, breaks taken to collect/ add needed data/facts, no duplication, previous sessions info was always in place, very effective. Marc was very helpful in describing the choices until I ended up with the right product.

My Cavendish contact, Kate, was polite, instructive and helpful throughout our series of interactions. If I had any questions or concerns she speedily dealt with them. She was also extremely punctual!

How can I rate a service I haven’t applied for, from a company I have never been in contact with until they sent me an email about my ‘new policy’, followed by another email about my ‘new policy’, followed by a ‘sorry we sent the email in error’ followed by a request to ‘rate their service’ 😳

I was incorrectly emailed as an existing customer, which I am not. I phoned and was told that I had been emailed in error. I said this was a data protection concern and I was assured that I would receive a email explaining what had happened. I said I really should have received an email as soon as they were aware. It is now three weeks and no explanation. A very unprofessional approach.

Product good, administration of policy truly awful.
Feb2026 update: now part of a Financial Ombudsman Complaint.
