Got an email thanking me for my business, then got another email with my "policy details" then got another email apologising because they didn't mean to send me emails.
I was going to email them and ask how they got my details but I think it's a ploy, that once they get you replying then they try to sell something

Failed to ask even basic questions
My wife had a small presymptomatic lung cancer discovered by accident on a scan , then removed with high expectation of cure
All Disclosed in preliminary discussions with cavendish
Yet nick failed to ask even basic questions on type that he later stated rendered her uninsurable , and yet gave the false expectation she would be insurable at2 years .
Not only wasted our time but as a result forced me to say to wife she was uninsurable for 5 years . Do you know how negative that is for her ?
First time ever refused insurance !we would not have applied if nick told us the truth to start with.
Utterly useless .

Peace in mind
I had difficulties to find a provider for my life insurance but Cavendish online did for me. Now I have the policy that I wanted . Cavendish online is professional and useful. I already have been told to my friends, if someone needs help , to not hesitate to contact them . It’s peace in mind .
